Basically, I've decided 2011 is gonna be my year...... In every aspect of my life, I feel like It's time to turn things up a notch or two. Last year, I was bogged down with some bullshit(the shit thats out of your hands/like most of you can relate to). Well that was lastyear and now, I feel like fucking Superman lol... But seriously, If your feeling as good as I am heading Into the new year, or can relate then feel free to speak up.

I feel the same way I locked myself into a 3 year membership at the gym on purpse just to keep myself honest so for 3 years its balls to the wall.

Definately made this year a conscious effort to get in shape.. I turn 39 next month and want to hit 40 head on...

I've had good fitness through the years but never really had good muscle definition at any point, but am getting my body back to where I was in my early 20's (before I did the nightclub party scene) and I want to push weight training to a whole new level that I've never been at before..

I don't really have any baggage holding me back and believe that now is the time to act otherwise the motivation would get less and less as I get older..
Im about 6 weeks into it and feeling much better already (except for occasional bouts of heartburn)..

I am looking forward to this year too, I will be 40 this year and I am determined to be in the best shape of my life. I have found a supplement company with products that I believe in (NTBM) to help me reach my potential. I am not afraid of the hard work and my wife is right with me and we are pushing each other towards our goals. Best of luck to you all.

I made the same resolution to myself. This time last year I was 218lbs with a 440lb bench and at a hard 10-11%bf. Life kicked my ass and then I had back surgery and it feels like I lost everything.....It's fucking game time. Not now chief...I'm in the fuckin zone...

Every year just gets better... :)

Never slow down - both work and play - relax but don't get complacent...

Full speed ahead!!!
