Have you guys tried skeletal balm for sores muscles and joints??

It really works awesome. I did a test last week with skeletal balm vs two or three other over the counter equiavlents like icy hot that I picked up from the store, and skeletal balm definitely came out on top.

It's kind of like the product "blue goo" if any of you have heard of it. Both blue goo and skeletal balm have emu oil in it. Which obviously most over the counter creams do not have.

Was truly shocked at the effectiness of skeletal balm....stuff is a God send for heavy lift days on the elbows and knees.

I always keep some on hand, it has worked well for me with muscle soreness in the past. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked.

Havent used it on an actual injury per se. Awesome to hear its even effective on actual injuries and not just minor aches and pains

i'm rubbing my legs down with skeletal balm,just started cardio and they are super sore

I use it for shin splints sometimes myself

Using it on knees before squats and elbows when doing skull crushers and stuff helps as well.
