HCG Protocol With TRT

Hey guys, I'm still pretty new to TRT. My first post I expressed concerns about if I'm on the right testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) regimen or not. And ultimately I'm not going to get any help from my doctor so I'm going to have to take matters into my own hands.

So my question is, for those of you taking HCG with as part of your testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), what is the protocol for HCG?

I've heard various dosages, but the one that seems to make the most sense to me is taking 250 IU HCG every 3 days.

I like the idea of taking a low dose because I hear that HCG can make gyno flair up.

I plan on keeping Nolvadex on hand for this reason. I'm not sure if I should be taking Nolvadex regularly or any other estrogen blocker though. Or should I just take it if I feel nipple sensitivity coming on?

So again, those on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) what is your HCG protocol?

Why take something if you don't have to.

Yeah man I'm with you on that. But my nuts ARE shrinking a little. And I've noticed my ejac volume decreasing...

I've been on 400mg of test every 2 weeks. I've had to get my shots in the office. But they're teaching me how to self inject over the next couple visits so I plan on switching to weekly injections when that happens.

Either way I'd like to combat the shrunken nuts sides. Especially after reading Dr. Crisler's HCG protocol article:

I think I might use this and do 250IU a day before and a day after my shot. So a total of 500IU a week. That's a pretty modest dose so I'll see how that works.

I also want to get some Nolvadex just in case my nips get tender...

What do you think? Good plan?

The hcg is fairly estrogenic, so taking a Aromatase inhibitor (AI) with it is really important, since at least my experience of HCG is it really spikes my estrogen.

I take 1/4 MG of arimidex every other day with 180mg of test cyp a week.

The hcg is on a monday and tuesday, while my shot of test is on wed.

The hcg makes me feel better. I would probably be on quite a bit more test if I wasn't on hcg, which would make my testes really small.

hey dude - i take 250iu twice/week and it works for me. I take a lot more test, though. been doing it for a year. its a cheap way and its stopped my nuts from shrinking. I highly recommend it and think u r on right track, i would recommend arimidex over nolva for the gyno though - i take 1.25 twice/week and it works. on such a low dose of test, not sure you need much though.

I would not take 400 every two weeks - that will fuck with your levels - take 200/week fo the test

Its test Cyp.so you're saying take 1.25 MG? The place I'm going to order my arimidex comes in 1mg tabs so I guess you just break yours into quarters?

just take 1 tablet twice/week and you'll be fine. definately recommend the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) - though Chip Wadkowski just informed me that may be the reason for my face bloat. fuck - its never easy. apparently, you retain water on hcg. but a little water is better than no nuts

I'm Doctor prescribed TRT/HCG. testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) 200 mg/week, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 250 iu x2 a week. I knew something was wrong and I went to my primary care physcian and I got put on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) a year ago from a level of 166. One of the tell tell signs was testicular shrinkage and since starting testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) it has gotten much worse. He joked and said we may end up starting a Men's clinic off of my research that I always bring in. i said I want 10% ha ha. Anyway the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) works fantastic! Nuts fill back out and for some reason your penis stays even fuller all the time, but not just that moods are great and I feel better than I have felt in years! Oh and for some of you out there struggling with doing this under insurance it is pretty easy. Just stick to a good pcp that will learn with you and listen to you.
