Heart health while on gear????

Well I am about to start my next cycle and am wondering what sort of supplements if any I can use to combat high blood pressure, and just all around circulatory system health??????... I will of course be running anti-estrogens to take care of excess water which will of course aid with HBP but is there any thing else......Any info would be greatly appreciated...Thanks.....
 
Cardio does wonders..........low/medium intensity for 20-30 min. 3X a week.

CO Q10 is a good supplement too.....

Something to help keep your lipid profile in check like garlic, or flush free niacin.
 
Thanks for the reply so quick bro...Hey any brands in particular for those supplements?????? Sometimes going to the supplement shop is hard sorting through all the labels....Whats the best in your opinion?????

I use Quest for most of my supps, not sure if they are even available in the US or not.......and "No" it's not the same company as the UG lab Quest......LOL !!

I advise cardio, unless you are all-out bulking and dont give a shit.
My total cholesterol is now at 290. I didnt do cardio. That may be part of the reason why.
 
Old fashioned oatmeal, the quick stuff has an inferior GI index, I guess for post workout it would be good though (quick oats).
