Hi
I am new here. I hope to gather lots of useful information.
My goal is to one day have a body like Larissa Reis, I love her!

I own my own photography studio and when I'm not shooting, I'm in the gym training-HARD!
I have always had an athletic build with little to no effort but I want to be SWOLE to be completely honest!
I have been training for about 3 years now consistently though I never surpass where I am now and where I have been for a while.
It's my eating, I know it is.
I eat healthy just not as much as I should to maintain. I often fall short on maintenance. This has been the toughest thing for me to overcome. I have never had much of an appetite since I can remember. I spend most of my time searching for foods that will pack on the weight and before I know it, I've skipped a few meals.
I am 5'7 and currently weigh 145. I am a tad depressed because I just lost 10lbs!! I was sick for 6 days and could not eat and subsequently missed 2 weeks in the gym (shoot me now) UGH! I was finally putting on muscle at my previous weight of 155. Not all muscle, but I feel like I look healthy when I am thicker and I am happier :D
So here I am. None of my friends can relate, none of them train.
I hope to gain some insight here that will motivate me to eat.
I am always looking for something to increase my appetite. I haven't found anything just yet.

Since I am just getting over some crazy bug that left me on my death bed, I am just now getting back to training and building up my strength again.
I like to train on a 5 day split - no cardio right now until I am at least back to my "normal" self which at that point I like to sprint so that I can build my booty :)

I can relate to having a hard time putting on weight, I was very thin pretty much my whole life, I ate like a horse and wouldn't go over 112-114 lbs (I'm 5'6), after my last pregnancy I gained about 10 lbs & started training hard, and now weigh around 126 lbs and couldn't be happier.

What does your diet look like ? post it, so we can see what type of foods your eating... The key to bulking is to "eat" enough to bulk, but to try to gain as little fat as possible...u need to create a calorie surplus & chose your foods wisely... this in combination with the right training will get u where u want to be.

As far as taking something to increase your appetite, I'm sure there are a few OTC supplements, I haven't really looked into it.. but, u can also try eating more nutrient dense foods, this way you'll need less amount & you'll still get the required calories in.
 
Peanut Butter and whole ilk, Nuts and Seeds, boom weight gain. One Brazilian nut is like 80 calories

Welcome ma'am. I'm not typically in to swole women but damn she's hot. Excellent goal. I remember packing on the pounds when playing football. There were many times that i had to force myself to eat. Almost to the point of being sick. Hopefully you don't have to go that far. Good luck and fill us in on your progress.
