I'm starting to get really down about my bi's and triceps. All my other muscle groups really grow well apart from my arms.

Is there a way I can structure a workout that be built around working the arms constantly without over-working my arms?!

Any help would be much appreciated, please don't tell me to search as I've tried and nothing really returns what I'm looking for!

About to start 2nd cycle

Cheers everyone!!!

You are getting discouraged because your arms aren't growing? You don't look that big in your avatar (not trying to offend), so you need to do some heavy compound lifting toget big overall.

My biggest advice is to give arms their own day so.u can really focus on them..other that u are working ur arms when working back. More training is not better..wouldn't work them any more than 2x a week.

work them no more then 1-2 times a week, but heavy lifting on workouts and for 30-60 min and 90% of time with bumbells (not bars and machines, old school BD's, free waights!). if you are hitting it more then 2 time sa week thats prob one of your issues.
something like DC training but i rec longer (40-50min not 25) and reps 6-8 and sets till you cant anymore and 2-3 styles a workout.
good luck!

Supersets, Negitives, Work to failure, but not as everyone said not more then 2x max a week,,, rest is just as important

concentrate on arms 1 time per week and on other days focus on going heavy on your the compound movements that uses your bi's and tri's. this is where you will make the most gains i feel. things like barbell rows, weighed chins (under grip chins too), dips, military press etc.

Do not do forced stretching intra-workout. It greatly reduces strength and could lead to injury.

I am the polar opposite of you. My arms blow up even though I don't work them much. I have stopped doing an arm day altogether because my arms are so massive in comparison to my chest. It's genetics so IDK what to tell you. My dad is almost 50 now and has the arms of a 20 year old who lifts even though the heaviest thing he pick up is his cup of coffee every morning. This is why we can't all be Ronnie Coleman's or Jay Cutlers nomatter how much gear we take or how hard we train and eat. If I could I would give you an inch off of my arms.

Try German Volume Training on just your arms. The high volume should give your arms a good reason to store more glycogen.

I agree with this, GVT is great for arms in my opinion. I do a style of volume rest/pause training for arms, Being really tall i need to fill out my arms a lot even though they are over 18" they do not look like it because i have a wide structure and it is more difficult to fill out. I take a super high intensity volume approach. I usually cannot touch my headphones or open my training journal post workout haha It hurts, but it works!
