Im about to start a anavar cycle with hopes of gaining a little strength and losing stomach fat... im 6'5" weigh 340 most of it in the mid section.
. I work out regularly bench was at 335.. but coming off torn tricep tendon ive been set back... need help /advice on usage of anavar and diet and whether i could still use hydroxycuts .... first time using roids of any kind

First things first -- your gonna need to run some testosterone with the var (I assume you should know this, but you didn't mention it in the post)
Do you have past AAS experience?

We need more stats including past experience with training, workout schedule and so on. At 6'5" and your weight is 340, just what IS your BF%.
What you lift tell us nothing pertinent to the Q's.

PS: how long ago was your injury and where are you in your recovery? Are you ready to do a cycle and g for it ??

Fix your diet first, or you'll be literally tossing that money down the toilet. Do yourself a huge favor before you jump on ANY AAS; either see your doctor and get your hormones checked (just say you're curious and a friend recommended it) or order a private blood test from an internet provider (privatemdlabs for example). Higher bellyfat can be an indication that you're dealing with low T, it's also a good idea to know where you started before jumping in as ANY AAS can permanently change how much testosterone you make naturally.

Besides, anavar won't do much for you at your body fat percentage. This is coming from a guy that has been as high as almost fifty percent at 496lbs at 6'7" and as low as ~13 percent at 284lbs. I know from experience that the ONLY way to truly fix things is to learn how to eat right and kill that shit in the gym. The drugs will be there for you when you're ready, otherwise it's a lot of risk with little reward.

Thanks guys ive never used aas before... first time on..i think ill research some more first like check the test and all u guys recommend

1- blood work
2- diet
3- training

Do these things in this order. Get them in line and on point. This will take time. Make the most out of your steroid experience when you do take that step. In order to do so you need the above to be on point and working for you. Take it as far as you reasonably can naturally and THEN take the steroid step. In the mean time while working on the above utilize this boar. You can get all the help you need to get these factors dialed in and while doing so you can research proper steroid use. Do these things and you wont be sorry, just jump on an anavar cycle (or any cycle for that matter) without doing the abov and you could be very sorry. Invest the time and effort, you will not be sorry. 3j has a free diet advice thread that s invaluable. Get blood work and post the results. Get proper stats and post them. The more info the better. All the answers you need are here, you will get out of this forum what you put into it.
Welcome to ology and look forward to seeing you around.
