i train 5 days a week
days:

1:
chest
biceps
2:
shoulders
triceps
3:
back(lats traps and forearms)
4:
legs
5:
chest
biceps

i am doing a small amount of abbs everyday.
i do no cardio atm.
i am going to start doing cardio and a intence abb workout from next week, to lower bodyfat but still i want to bulk up.
thus only one day a week.

i am 18
weight 100kg
1.78m.
arms 44cm
chest 110+
legs 70cm
neck,calves allso 44cm
bf allso 20%+ sadly

i currently eat what i want , but as from next week i am going to cut sugar, and oily foods, and no takeouts,really dont know what else.

anny help.
 
hey bro... it's good u are looking for input into your program... it's in need of it haha

ur training too much, don't see a rest day... and training shoulders/triceps on the day after chest will never be very effective as shoulders and triceps are hit pretty hard on chest day (the day before)

change to a 2-day on/1-day off schedule, and change the combination a bit...something like this;

day 1: chest/triceps
day 2: back/biceps
rest
day 3: shoulders
day 4: legs
rest
repeat

mmmmh.... ill be sure to switch that days around no problem....

but i cant really 2on 1off, coz weekends i cant train! going to gf who lives farrr away.

i allso heard lik chest and triceps and back and biceps are better together.

and yeah obviously im off on the weekend???

Then taking days 6 and 7 off to see the gf I'm guessing? Looks good other than I would do more days of cardio if your trying to cut fat. I would say train abs 3 days a week as well.

Also the biggest part of all of this is gonna be your diet. I would suggest 3j's nutrition network. He will get you where you want to be!
 
Your weight 100 kg is too much for your height and age.
You should concentrate on Losing fat more.
Do cardio 5 days or 6 days a week after your workout and get your diet in check.

rather listen to the pro's and leave it there. doing cardio 6days a week for bulking up is retarded btw....

yeah day 6 and 7 off...
but doing slight abbs every day but , doing abbs intens on day 3...

i dont really wanna go tooo much cardio coz i still want to bulk up, but wanna start slowly to get lean muscle....

i am scared of changeing training programs lol , ive never changed before, but ja i know change is good???

Very well then. I found you in similar situation as I was so replied. Will get out of this thread now.
Btw 100 kg and bulking doesn't sound very intelligent plan either. :)
