HELP Cops = Trouble!!

The amount you have could easily be explained away as possession for personal use. Damn it dude..what s wrong with you..?? Now the shadow of conspiracy to distrubute looms..fuck fuck fuck.
Your in her house..using her address..and now your in a fix. No self respecting narc would give a rat s for 4-5 doses of test..but your mom gave them lil choice..
I d say simple possession...end of story.
If you ve no prior record..you may get a PTD. or...probation.

also im telling the officers that the addresses are my friends and i just asked them i could send a package to their house and they said yes. so also what do you think the charges will be for sending something illegal to someones house that they were not aware contained illegal materials?

Are you kidding me!? Your fucking mom ratted on you? What kind of bullshit is that? WOW! My grandma found my younger uncles weed once and she called the cops, but she flushed the weed down the toilet before they got there so they couldnt charge him with possession and thats STILL fucked up of her! Actually handing over the juice to the cops!? WTF.... I dont want to scare you man, but in Michigan Steroids are a schedual 3 controlled substance and ONLY becuase your mom actually GAVE them the steroids makes it a FELONY. They might drop is down to personal use, but maybe not becuase of the POWDER and becuase you have your friends mixed into all of this. Heres what you can expect

1 - WORST which wont happen - Possession with intent to sell - FELONY - up to 7 years in prison and $10k fine

2 - Possession which you could have fuckin avoided - FELONY - up to 2 years in prison, 2,000 fine.

3 - Use - misdemeaner which you will PROBABLY get becuase you said some bottles were empty and some were half used. THATS what will save you. Up to a year in jail and $1,000 fine. You'll probably get probation/drug counseling and a fine, but the whole deal with your friends address and shit was not good.

Oh !! I did not know this...I m not a home brewer.. 100 doses is still, hopefully, explainable as simple possession.
Mailing to another s addy of a controlled substance ..Postal Inspectors could take issue with this..I doubt it though..you could google this as well.

so would simply that powder be enough to bump my charge up to possession with intent to distribute? or is the powder not illegal untill its in usable form?( im guessing its still very much illegal)

I'd make up a story that both you and your friends can remember. Tell the cops that you asked you friend if you could use his adress to mail porn or something to so your mom wouldnt see it meanwhile you lied to your friend becuase you didnt want them knowing about your "bad habit" It'll make you look a little bit better and explain why you didnt just mail it to your house. It'l also get your friends out of the mix.
 
I don't understand why kids even keep their stuff at home, moms always find the stuff and it takes a turn for the worst from there...duh
 
Actually I just re-check and I think you'll be alright bro. First time offences for both personal use and possession are both misdemeaners and CAN bring jail time but unlikely. Intent to sell is the only charge that is a felony your first go around and can bring serious jail time.

THE KEY IS THAT YOU HAD NEEDLES, EMPTY BOTTLES AND HALF EMPTY BOTTLES WHICH CLEARLY SHOWS YOUR YOUR USING THE SUBSTANCES YOURSELF. YOULL BE OK

anything over a months supply without a prescription and id say your pushing it. with what you had you'd best get yourself a good lawyer bud, i dont see you passing that off as personal. copies of your money orders as well, wow!
 
I'm betting you'll get at most 7 years on paper... I'll be surprised if you spend any time actually incarcerated.

Get a good attorney if you can and seek a psychiatrist/counseling since you have a "muscle dismorphia". Perhaps that will make the judge or jury sympathetic...

You were looking at the schedule 1 and 2... scroll down to the bottom for schedule 3.
Actually scroll down farther and there is a section just for steroids...lol
