Help dialling in TRT dose...

Can anyone help? I'm trying to dial in my TRT dose. I was trying to aim at a high normal reading, around 800 - however, I think I'm a bit high!

I'm 37 years old. Been on and off the juice for a few years. I've got where I want to be with my physique and now just want to stay on a TRT dose forever.

A couple of months ago I dropped my dose to 0.6ml (150mg) every 7 days. I'm running test.e - Bayer's Testoviron. I'm also taking 250iu of HCG Mon, Wed, Fri.

I had my bloods drawn the day before injection:

Total Test: 881 ng/dL
Bio Avail: 558 ng/mL - 63.3%
SHBG: 25.75 nmol/L
E2: 15.1 pg/mL

Then 24 hours after injection:

Total Test: 2621 ng/dL
Bio Avail: 20.40 ng/mL - 77.8%
SHBG: 27.79 nmol/L
E2: 31.2 pg/mL

Shall I drop the dose to 0.4ml every 7 days, stay on that for a couple of months and then get tested again?

Any help is appreciated.

First, read the TRT sticky in this forum.

You need to inject more frequently. Pinning every 7 days is putting your hormone levels on a big roller coaster. Start pinning every 3.5 days instead. Based on the blood results you showed, I am guessing that pinning 60mg every 3.5 days would get your to you desired TT range.

Also, most guys only take HCG twice a week rather than three times.

An alternative protocol that could work well too would be to still pin test once ever 7 days, but only take HCG once every 7 days as well. If you do this, I am guessing that you would have to lower your test dose to 100mg per week. Just a guess though.

Every 3.5 days is a bit much for me, I'll try 80mg every 5 days and pin HCG twice a week. I'll do this for a month and re-test.

E5D is the absolute max I would be going with enanthate/cypionate esters. I personally do E3.5D (Sunday AM/Wednesday PM) as do many others here.

I recommend injecting every 3.5 days also. I used to inject 140mg every 7 days would always start feeling tired the last couple days. Now I inject 70mg every 3.5 days & my levels stay even all week.

i pin 100mg twice a week and get a 800 reading the day of my next injection...

two .5mg doses of adex a week keeps me at 25 for estrogen.. it was easy dialing in

I pinned 60 mg E3D of Test E and my TT was 831 ng/dl.
I also used 350 I.u. HCG E3D with 0.25 mg ADEX E3D.
I had all kinds of issues getting dialed in at E7D dosing of Test E and managing HCG with it too.

How many days from shot and adex dose is this estradiol level at 25 ?

2621 ng/dl is way too high for TRT. Your Estradiol is excellent for a TT level of that caliber. Are you using an AI?
are you fairly lean,( low b.f. )?
How long have you been on TRT for?

Its ok. Ideally I like to dose it E3D (no more than 72 hours from last dose). E4D does not work well for me.

What I'd like to know is:

Does Estradiol continue to elevate the longer one is on TRT?
Or can it decrease too much the longer you take the same dose of AI for an extended period of time?
I was listening to a well respected anti aging doc talking to the radio show host(who was also on TRT) and there was discussion of the radio hosts experience with TRT in saying that he feels it does not do much for him after 2 years.

It's funny you should mention this. I used to take aromasin at 6.25mg ed all the time. About 6 months ago I stopped taking it as I was interested to see how my e2 did without it. So these are my results without ai.

Also, about 6 months ago I injured myself and stopped lifting, my diet also went to shit and I went from around 15% BF to currently 25%. I thought my e2 might be high due to this, but obviously not.

I've been on TRT for years. Cycling between a trt dose (well what I thought was) to a cycle dose (500mg/week)

Now I'm done with trying to get any bigger and want to concentrate on my boxing - so just trying to dial in the trt dose. I actually went with 40mg every 4 days and will stick with that for a while.
