After 2 weeks on clen ( 20,20,40,40,60,60ect…) and Anavar (var) ( low dose 2.5mg) I decide to stop I just could not take the anger and the fat of it making your apatite go up. plus I have not gotten my period and my stomach feels like a balloon and I am usually very flat around that area (not six pack, but skinny and toned) when I am not bloated, but I need help cause this pass Sunday I stopped, but my bloating is still in my stomach, and its been almost 3 weeks I workout everyday pretty, eat clean. My period has not made its way ia m past due and I know I am not pregnant. I just want this to go away I feel depressed cause of my stomach. Is there any advice that anyone can give me maybe it because I have not gotten my period, but I just want some positive news that everything is going to be okay because I just want to feel like before I went on this cycle. I have done Clen before. I was great saw results, but Anavar (var) has not been so great. Maybe cause I am young and I should have not been taking it... :worried:

How old are u Donia ?
You might be experiencing water retention from your use Anavar (var) use, for some woemen water retention stays around for a few weeks after stopping Anavar (var) .
Or it could just be your a bit bloated as most girls get before they get their period.

I say, keep working out & eating clean, drink plenty of water & hopefully the bloating will subside soon.

thanks that makes me feel better i am 21 , but i have been a swimmer , water polo player, and now i am wanting to fight and i was hoping to get some muscle and cut down, my brother is a body builder and he recommended clen , and Anavar (var) . Clen was great i did it about 6 months ago , but this is my first time on Anavar (var) , maybe i was not ready. i really dont understand ( everyone is different) do you guys recommend any other sups or protein for leaning and cutting for a fight

What kind of fight?
I did Judo competitively for 8years, all natural. Are you trying to come in under a certain weight class? Otherwise why cutting and leaning for a fight? Focus on training, practice practice practice, eat right, sleep well.
Also what Anavar (var) dose were you on?
 
yeah i am done with Anavar (var) i was take 2.5mg very low and i am glad cause i did not have a very good time on it .... i even regret starting it , i thought it would be good , but i realized that i was to young and i should just pratice eat healthy ,and just let my body lean out on its on little by little.

Glad you stoped it, you are very young, you can totally achieve your fitness goals naturally :)
Keep your diet in check, and continue working out, give it time & you'll see reults.

What's your weight/height/age and BF ?
I can tell u what your TDEE is, going 500 cals below will help u lean out.

For me carb cycling works well, I'm carb sensitive, so I always keep my carbs pretty low, I've never done Keto thou..
You'll want to eat at least 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, I usually do
20 % fat.
I've been tweaking my diet and in the past two months I've been able to go from 18 % BF to 15.6 % (ofcourse diet combined with my training)

It's really 70 % diet Donia, a good diet &the right training can get u to where u want to be :)

In order to see leaness you'll need to bring yoru bodyfat down, workingout 2-3 hours a day is too much IMO,
Are you doing this 7 days a week ?
what type of cardio are you doing and how long ? and what's your training routine look like ?
I believe 30 min for what yoru trying to achieve is enough, the key is gonna be yor training & diet.

Since you are very active your TDEE is 2412
So this is the amount of calories your body requires to maintain itself.

To loose fat u want to go 500 cals below, so around 1912.

A diet that works well for me for cutting is
50/30/20

u can do 1.5g of protein per body lb,
30 % carbs and 20 % good fats.
So about 143g of carbs & 43g of fat.

Everyone is diferent and there's not one diet that works the same on everyone, so try it out & see how it works for you, u migth need to tweak it more, once u know what works and what doesn't it gets much easier :)

Monday i do from 6:15-7:15 fitness conditioning, 7:15-8:15 i do BJJ with my Gi , then i do from 8:15-9:15 MMA

Tuesday 6:15-7:15 fitness conditioning, sometimes i do No Gi for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or lift weights .

wednesday is the same as Monday .

and thursday is the same as tuesday.

friday is my day off but i sometimes go and do MMA .

Saturday i just started running garages with my friend to help her out and then at 9:30 until 10:30 is Crossfit . sunday i try and relax.
