Ive been working out for about a year and a half now and went from 135lbs to 165lbs, but for months now ive been stuck. Im trying to get up to 175 and its not happening. My lifts have not gone much higher either. I dont want fat weight so im not trying to use a weight gainer. I just want bigger harder muscles. Can anyone recommend anything to help me break through this wall. HELP!
