So I just finished a 12 week cycle of test cypionate 250 and trinabol. I'm 6'1 23 years old started at 173lbs finished at 200 until i strained my back pretty bad while squatting to heavy, so I couldn't workout for two weeks which brought me to my Post cycle therapy I just started it 3 days ago but in the past week I've lost 11lbs.

Is this a bit of bloat and water weight i can see that i lost the weight in my face and my bubble butt lol. But here is my situation I just quit smoking marijuana 4 days go and have been going through pretty bad withdraws i smoked it fairly often for the past year but didn't think it would effect my diet this much. I literally went from eating 4000+ calories a day to i can't eat anything!! i feel like i could go 2 days without eating I have no appetite at all it might just be in my head. The only thing i can seem to get down without feeling sick are shakes! but i cant get any whole food back I caught a nice salmon today had 3 bites and ran to the washroom and puked!

I'm getting a bit carried away lol... pretty much my question is do i have to just man up and force these calories down to maintain my gains, or is this normal to loose 10lbs that fast just from not eating I've never been this depressed and discouraged in my life!

Don't worry about it, it's mostly water weight, and yes you need to force feed. Don't weigh yourself for a while as that is going to mess with your head.

Train hard and eat a set amount of calories that fits in your diet plan and don't sweat it. You have so many more years left...this is not a marathon

I'm not an expert on weed at all so I've got no idea how long that may last but congrats for quitting

Stopping 2 "dependents" at once. That's rough. Psychologically dependent on THC and Physically adjusted to PED's. Sounds like a rough rebound, but stick to at least 2,000 calories a day minimum.

thanks a lot guys that's some key feedback i was looking for appreciate it. I'm back at the gym now I haven't noticed any strength loses over the couple weeks i missed, I'll try what you said bulldog because you called it lol I would weigh myself in the morning and at night and would break into a huge heat sweat just thinking about it.

Cblock i'm a typical "hardgainer" tall and lean do you really think 2000 calories is enough to maintain my size? I was hardly putting on any weight eating over 4000 a day...I plateaued at 195- 203lbs for about 8 weeks of the cycle.

I'm 6'2 at 200lbs and I maintain around the 2700-2800 mark. But that can vary depending on your metabolism, how lean you are etc...
As for quitting the weed and your appetite.. I'd expect that to last a couple weeks tops. I usually don't have much issues at all quitting the pot for a while but it isn't physically addictive - only psychologically. Just force feed your cals until it comes back. Or you could supplement with B12, or some other appetite stimulating product.

I am one myself. I am 5'10 and 210 now. Took me 2 years to get from 145 to where I am now. I eat about 3500-4000 calories a day on cycle and maintain at about 2500-3000 off cycle. Eat enough to maintain. You only need .9 grams of protein per lb of body weight to maintain. Just remember that much! It depends on your metabolism like Prince said, but it shouldn't vary much other than your feeding frequency. Good luck with your venture on quitting. It's worth it IMO. I was a chronic smoker for 8 years. Been clean for 3.

65lbs in 2 years is the opposite of hardgainer. if you can put on 20lbs a year then you are doing great, let alone 30+

65lbs in two years is freaking amazing!

I'm sure that your weight loss (like you said) is largely water. It's important to get your natural test going again though.

Speaking of that, I just dropped my only bottle of HCG on my basement floor yesterday. I need a new source quickly. I could swear that I bought it from RUI but I must be mistaken because they don't have it. Somebody please PM me if they have a quality source that can ship product RIGHT AWAY! Thanks

depression is part of PCT bro, gonna have to tough it out

as for the weight loss, it's a combination of everything... water weight will go, and then you'll be losing some lean body mass over the next few weeks. Expect to lose 50% of what you gained on cycle, and that's only if you are eating well enough (protein must be at enough to help maintain what you have).

so if you are not eating enough, you may just go back to where you were when you started the cycle

Haha Jozif This by all means was not natural, and consisted of a 14 week Test E cycle and 2 16 week Deca/Cyp cycles. I couldn't break 160 after lifting for 4 years of lifting and eating like a train.

I started AAS at a young age, but to me I had exhausted all other options and decided that my naturally high production of Test wasn't doing enough for me.

As to the OP, just keep training as hard as you were before. Realistically if you are eating right, you will only keep about 40-50% of your gains, as China said.

Is it pretty noticable when you do the PCT and your weight falls down, or is it something that those who cycle would most likely only really notice?

I disagree with not weighing yourself weekly... thats your reality check. If you dont you might feel like your eating enough; just to find out you havent and now have lost everything. If it screws with your mind that much then you weren't ready for AAS honestly.
Keep up the feeding and training. Look into supplements to aid in appetite surpressions

But I mean what if you don't want your friends and family to know you are cycling? Or your co-workers too. Any way to avoid that or does everyone just know?

not wrong to worry about the things you are worrying about... just means you're too young, not ready, or both
