HELP! Man boobs

Hey guys. Glad I found this site. Not sure though if I'm in the right spot or not. In April I went to my doc for routine physical after several years and weighed in at 205 and after all the blood work discovered high blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. So the doc put me on diet mode. Since May I've lost 20 pounds, and that has been with not actively dieting the last two months due to work schedule etc.

The problem I'm having that concerns me the most as a gear up to make another push is the man boobs. I've lost the 20 pounds and see noticeable difference in areas, except for my man boobs. To give you a sense of it, I'm almost 5'9, 185.7lb. My man boobs measure from the bottom of the nipple, underneath 3". Big problem.

I've been reading on roids and options for that... Does anyone have recommendations, I've seen people suggest testosterone boosters with winstrol, etc.

Not sure if this is in the right spot, but I need help!

there is no medicine that will cure you moob problem. surgery is the only real cure and it can come back and bite you in the ass again. You have not mentioned anything about your past use and nothing about an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). you mention running a test booster and winstrol. that will not do anything for your problem. There are some medications that have been known to help reduce but not cure. Nolvadex is one that comes to mind and there are some Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like letro that may help but not cure. There are stickys on this forum you should read and do a search in the search bar above on the topic you want to read about. There is a ton of information in those stickys from people who have expierence with the issues you are concerned with. Good luck and you are in the right place to get some advice. Hang in there read and search.

I have no history of any kind with any supplement. This has all developed in the last 5 years... Traveling and working a lot so haven't had the healthiest of diets... I feel like that has contributed to it all.

get some bloodwork and a hormone panel done you may be suprised what can be found. You may be estrogen dominate?

For a c-cup you will need surgery, plain and simple. Sometimes health insurance will cover it if you get documentation that there's a hormone problem. Otherwise, you're going to have to shell out for it. Good news is surgery is cheaper than a gear habit.

Bad news is gear won't get rid of 'em.

Gynaecomastia, gynecomastia male breast syndrome, man boobs, or in short moobs are an enlargement of the male breast as a result of an abnormal increase in the glandular tissue. The condition is quite common in teenage boys where firm, tender breast tissue grows under the nipples and there are an estimated 40-60% of men with Gynaecomastia.

you need to first see if its gynacomastia or lypomastia... that will tell you the proper course of action

If you recently lost a lot of weight, which you did, it is possible it is just fat. Chest fat will sometimes remain to the last.

High intensity cardio/crossfit something along those lines will help over time if this is the case. But see a doctor to find out.
