No bro, Scientifically there are 2 types of fat , one is beta 2 fat cell and alpha 2 fat cell. Alpha 2 fat cell are stubborn fat cells so adrenalin cannot burn those fat cells even if we do treadmill daily so if you know any medicine (with generic name ) to burn alpha 2 fat cell then please let me know bro, in my place most of the doctors are fake and they don't know anything about it so our money will be wasted... so only i am in need of help from you ( Very Experienced - expert you are !!! )

I really don't think there is a magic pill out there that is going to burn fat in your cheeks. Everyone in the world would be buying it.

I know bro, pill specifically for face is not available, but pills will be available to burn alpha 2 fat cell in the body if there is no fat to burn. My body does not contain any stubborn fat , only in face I have stubborn fat so if I take alpha 2 fat cell burner pill and then do workout then i will get benefit right ?

This is NOT how fat mobilization works lol. You've got it all wrong... beta & alpha refers to the receptors on the cell - not the cell itself. They all have a combination of alpha and beta receptors. The ratio just determines how stubborn it is.

Mega is 100% right, you just need diet & cardio. Your not anywhere lean enough for yohimbine to exert any real effects anyway. It's best used in lean men - as you alluded to being an alpha2 antagonist it helps mobilize STUBBORN fat. Your not anywhere near down to your stubborn fat yet.

I am only 64 kg bro's , with that my face got more fat is really not acceptable bro's . I am not having enough food for fat burning, daily i am doing tread milling for 15 mins. I don't see any difference in face, but my stomach is getting leaner .


At last i have got one tip: Finasteride tend to make adrenal insufficiency and so that adrenal gland will produce more cortisol, actually cortisol level should be 4 - 10 but mine is 19 , which is very high and so i am facing cushing syndrome. So the best treatment that i found by GOD S GRACE is, stop taking Finasteride and start taking hydrocortisone 30MG per day for a week and should reduce the mg 2.5 every week till it reaches 0 mg, which will cure adrenal insufficiency. And the cortisol production will be normal.

I am in 5 th day of taking 20 mg hydrocortisone so will take it for 10 days and then will reduce the mg.

SO we will see if it will cure or not


Any suggestion from your side about the above opinion ?

Men has slim face from testosterone and women who has alot of Estradiol has moon face, i bet your body has to much Estradiol. Good luck with fixing that, your doc will help you.

Please check below for my Estradiol and Testosterone blood test result. Megatron says my Estradiol Observed value : 37
is normal and no need to take Estradiol inhibitor. any suggestion from your side is welcome bro .. thanks in advance

Total Testosterone (Serum/CMIA) Observed value: 1,265.83
Biological Reference Interval :142.39 - 923.14 ng/dl


E2 - Estradiol (Serum/CMIA) Observed value : 37

Biological Reference Interval : 11 - 44 pg/ml

Free Testosterone (Serum/ELISA) :

Observed value : 10.50

Biological Reference Interval : 4.25 - 30.37 pg/ml

Your test and Estradiol are high both of them. Regarding Estradiol it is withing normal range but it might not be good for you, some people needs low value to funktion properly. There is a ballance between testosterone and Estradiol. If you boost your test your est will follow. If i was you i would aim for having like me a test of 800-900, that makes me feel like a bull. If you get your test down i bet your est will follow and you will get that cool looking face we all want

One more thing, test normal range is 142+. If people cant get out of there beds with 200 of test how normal is then 44 of est?

As Bro Megatron said i was not on any TRT; my test is natty high may be bcos of Propecia.
