Help... New and need advice :)

hello everyone I am new to this site and find it really interesting. I am looking to drop about 30 pounds of fat. I weight train with pyramid training 3 days a week and cardio 3 days a week. I eat a clean diet and have been trying this for 3 months with no results and have become really frustrated. So I ran into a friend who is a chemist and has a lot of different things to try. So I decided to get the big guns out and need some advice. I just purchased Anavar and have been taking 15 mg the last 2 days. He also has DNP which sounds really interesting also the CJC -1295 also sounds great. But not sure if I can use them all together? Would love some input. Oh ya I am a female 36 in good health with 30 pounds to lose. He also has Tritrenbolone, Trenbolone, boldeqone, deca, winstrol, mechano growth factor, insulin like growth, sermolin, and Ghrp2,4 6.. Also gettin Clenbutrol in a few weeks. Can anyone help with dosage? And advice? Thank you
 
gotta be honest with you.... if you have that kind of weight to lose and have seen no results in 3 months.... then there is definitely an issue with your diet, and likely additional issue(s) with your training.

those are BY FAR the most important pieces in the weight loss/gain puzzle.... gear is just a tool to help put the pieces together faster, but if you don't have the right pieces to begin with, all you'll end up with in the end is a big jumbled up mess.

you're only a couple of days in, drop the anavar. get over to the diet forums here and start getting your diet and training sorted. you'll start seeing results if you set things up right and stick to it.

otherwise you'll just use the steroids as a crutch. if you can't walk properly without them, what happens when you take them out of the equation? you stumble.... probably harder than you are now.

might also try the women's forum i'm sure there are plenty of posts like this.

I agree with the above post, Please post your stats, age/weight/height...
you say you want to loose 30 lbs of fat, I think you should start by re-evaluating your diet & training, Cardio & diet are key to loosing fat, I wouldn't recomment DNP, that stuff is literally poison, CJC-1293 aides in the stimulation of the pituitary gland to increase productions of growth hormone, is a great product, it will help in fat loss.. but remember Cardio & diet are what's going to make you loose the weight.

I am 36 weight 180. Want to drop about 40 pounds. I did atkins for 1 month with no results then switched to a protein and healthy carb at every meal ( 6 small ones ) about size of fist for a month. Both I got zero result so now I am going to do a low glycemic. Have 2 meal replacement shakes and 1 low glycemic meal. And count calories. Also I do 3 days of weight traning. and 3 days of cardio ( Body for life workouts)
 
3 days a week of cardio for serious weight loss is not enough IMO. Trying going 6 days a week to at least to intense cardio and as suggested, check your diet too.
 
My wife lost 70 lbs in less then a year by dieting and 3 day a week cardio sessions.The only help she has used is 2 IU's of growth daily.

Your diet is the problem and drugs won't fix that.
 
Yea, it is basic thermodynamics. If you take in less kcal than you burn you will start to mobilize body stores of energy--this can be skeletal muscle or fat.
 
simple formulas...if you are taking in more calories than burning you will gain, if your burning equal amount as taking in things seem to stay the same and if your burning more calories than your taking in you will loose weight. (in most circumstances) i have seen many people use drugs to drop weight and when the drugs sre gone the weight comes back. seen it to many times with clen. the answer, imo, is figuring out how to loose the weight through diet and exercise. if you loose it this way you will be much more inclined to keep it off and make the life style changes u need for life... good luck....

I've been concerned in some other forums and have discovered this destination to have substantially more effective material, so it helps make sense to last but not least post!

PS, how do I change the time zone for my account? It's kind of weird having the time like 5 hours off lol
 
Hi guys i'm new too this I'm young from London england I'm 16 6 foot go to the gym alot and rest do everything right but I have alot off body fat I'm 16 stone and I want to rip up for the summer I've been told to try anobol 5 week course oral 3 in the morning 3 at night is that right ??? If not i need to know what to take to rip up quick but only oral stuff would be a big help guys
 
i would stop running anything that you are on right now. Spend sometime on the forum and do some research. Don't rush into anything. Your health isn't worth risking.
