I had to go to the Emergency dentist bro's, my wisdom teeth pushed out my filling and the ttoth cracked. ooooohhhh man it hurts like a motherfucker man. I cant eat so can anyone help me with Ideas, thanks ology..

Protein and soup. When the wife was laid up from the same surgery, she lived on taken noodles and protein shakes. Our house smelled awful.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out a few years ago, but I can still remember how painful it was..& how uncofortable it was afterwards, I didn't take the meds the dentist sent me, I took it one time & hated how it made me feel.

What I ate was: Mashed potatoes, Instant Oatmeal, soups & Pastina pasta (the little star shaped pasta) they are very soft & is good with just a little butter in them.

Yep. Slurp on soups and protein drinks. What the dentist means by no eating is no chewing.

Next time you have severe pain issues like this and the docs give you vicodin, ask for dilauded pills instead.

shitty man. i got all 4 taken out at once. But i was so hopped on vicoden it didnt bother me. But i stacked up on so much yogurt an jello it was sickening. I owned up the fridge with it. Other thing i could think of is a blender... always wanted a pizza smootie

Oh man I hear ya - I had to have my jaw wired shut from surgery for a few months and couldn't even use a straw.

I had to feed myself with a syringe (pardin the pun) - it sucked!!!

For the record - pizza in a blender does not work - someone said it did ... "not!'

The first couple days I had an IV with morphine and a button to control the dose ... 4 pumps I felt good - 5 pumps I felt really good - 6 pumps I was out!

Other than that it takes time - hope ya feel better soon!
