generally the only way to get huge arms is
1. genetics
2. synthol
3. steroids
4. gain weight everywhere. - think about it, when was the last time you saw a 145 pound dude with 20" arms?
Dont wear straps when working your back.
Dont miss a biceps workout. Consistency is the key!
Straight bar curls 9 sets of 8-10 reps. HEAVY but 8-10 reps. Do these after your back workout.
Set aside another day that you just work arms. Do Tri-sets. Work bi.s with straight bar curls then with no rest do triceps pushdowns then w/o rest do reverse curls for forearms and also hits the biceps as a secondary muscle. Rest 3-5 mins and repeat 3 times for a total of 3 Tri-sets.
they say 10lbs of bodyweight equals about an inch on the arms.
they also say that if you thighs grow, your arms are forced to grow, something about your body's natural proportions. Are you doing some heavy squats?
