Help with lady's fitness

Shout out to the lady's, or anybody with knowledge of lady's fitness.
I'm doing some research for my wife. She currently 37 weeks pregnant with our first baby girl!!! Anyways she's wanting to get back in the gym as soon as she's healed/released by doc. I'm not very educated in woman's fitness. How differant is it from men's. I'm just looking to put some stuff together to help her hit the ground running so to speak.
Some background. She's always been an Athlete/athletic. She hasn't done much working out in the past year other than walk/jogging. 22 years old 120lb pre baby.. I think?? She's only gained around 25lb and I know it will be easy for her to get back in shape easily. Just looking to educate myself a little to help her and other woman.
A few main questions.
Diet, how many times to eat a day, pre/ post workout meal/ protein?
How will all this and working out effect breast milk production?
What types of workout do y'all like?

Thanks for any help or points in the right direction.
