Help with Stanozolol

I have purchased Winstrol but I'm unsure of how to split it up. I have viles of 50mg 1ml viles. I'm confused on how this works...I've been recamended to take 50mg a day for the first two weeks and then third and fourth week take 40mg a day... is it better to inject every day or once or twice a week...any insight would be helpfull.

One vial is 50mg/ml of winstrol V in water and the other vial is 100mg/ml testerone suspension in water. i put 1ml winstrol and 1/2ml of test in the same syringe. I like it i was using 100mg of test a day but i got bad sides from it so i reduced it to 50mg a day. I dont stay on the winstrol more than a few weeks because it tends to dry out my joints if i do.
