So I recently strted using strictly free wieghts. I used to mix machines in. Now im 98% free. Ben doing this for about a month. Problem is my fucking wrists are killing me. By the end of teh week I can barely drive my truck.Im guessing that my wrists just arent used to the strain and the weight. How can I strengthen my wrists to get over this?
