For anyone who doesnt know GOT or hasnt dealt with him he is a stand up guy, very professional, and always keeps you up to speed on what you need to know. And the same goes for PSL, as well packaging us very discreet and order showed up in great time.

I had some email communication issues with them also but everything went fine. GOT and PSL from ology answered all questions and concerns and received all products as ordered just took a little longer than I expected. Got to remember we aren't shopping at Amazon.

Was getting a bit frustrated with no reply from a week ago, then just read this and checked my spam and they replied the same day.

Take note that you must manually white list PSL in Hotmail (now Outlook.com) in order to ever receive their emails if you use Hotmail. Apparently, Microsoft has already blacklisted most of Russia. This caused me a problem.
