Hey man whats up ? Have you ever posted what you do to transform yourself from off season to on. What changes you make in deting down, and adjustments to training. I noticed the difference from off-season to pre contest. As dramatic as it is it may be helpful to know, and we coould apply that to help us get into shape. Maybe not as drastic as you but I assume it would help. Thanks bro...
 
The transformation was 90% diet as I hate cardio. I went with a 40-40-20 split(carbs-protein-fat), around 2500 calories per day, with all my fat coming from efa's. I averaged around a 1% decrease in fat every two weeks.
Training didnt change much, the first 1/2 of each workout was still heavy, 5-6 rep sets, the last half was a little and faster, 8-10 reps.
So no real magic, I just stuck to the damn contest diet, and it did all the work
 
I hate cardio as well. Is just boreing to me....Ill have to read up on coest prep diets...
