HGH and BCAA/PROTEIN ISOLATE

Hey dudes

I have a few questions about taking gh with bcaa or protein isolate shake.

Example, I want to take my gh shot post workout but I want to avoid catabolism as well, how should I go about this?

Can I take my non carb protein shake with my gh shot at the same time post workout?

Should I take my shake first then half an hour later take my shot?

Another big concern that I see is that protein isolates and bcaas have no carbs, but they do have artificial sweeteners like sucralose, splenda unless I get the unflavored kind for both.

I read somewhere that sucralose, splenda and other artificial sweeteners taken at the same time with the gh shot, the sweeteners would actually turn into sugar in the blood stream. This is not good as of course we can't take carbs with the hgh as it would affect our insulin and turn us into a diabetic.

I do my shots two times a day. Once in the morning before fasted cardio once postworkout. I'm on a cut diet so I want to preserve my muscle mass.

Protein powders and bcaas are not cheap but I can get good deals and saving myself alot of money buying from a whole sale dealer who sells it cheap without the shipping cost. There's not much unflavored actually there's none at all that's unflavored and I can't imagine drinking unflavored all the time as its so bitter example bcaa

I'm not on any aas yet. I just started the gh about 2weeks ago. Im just doing the gh first for 2 months then by the time gh is fully working I'll add in aas. I'll get the benefits of both. I plan on staying on gh til few months post pct.

Thoughts???

It seems this one has people on both sides of the fence. It boils down to the possibility being there of having the said negatives happen. I say why chance it.

Can you do your shot and then just wait 30 minutes to 1 hour to eat anything? You're correct in thinking it's carbs you are worrying about, as well as the fact that a lot of protein shakes have additives such artificial sweeteners / sugar in them. I'm paranoid so I would avoid the shake as well, as it's a relatively short time frame to go without eating (depending on your schedule). Some seem to say that the small amount wouldn't be cause for worry.

I'm hesitant in giving you a yes a no answer, I just wouldn't want to risk becoming insulin resistant and the whole diabetic thing. I've been in the process of reading up on HGH, and have yet to find a clear answer for this. I'm sure you've read the same things, so once again I say why even risk the chance? I got use to the concept of waiting to eat after certain shots due to running peptides though, so I guess my opinion is skewed.

edit: Ok wait...you started running something prior to having all the basic answers to your questions? I've been reading up on HGH for a while now and still have yet to dive into it due to lack of knowledge. If you can't explain the basic hows / whys of what you are taking then you probably shouldn't be taking it. Notice I say basic. Timing of taking it would be a basic question that needs to be answered a head of time. For ex. when is it less likely to interfere with my natural pulses, with or without food, blah blah blah...

Bro people worry about catabolism waaaay to much, its so overhyped by supplement companies just to steal your money. Take your supps whatever time you want. Your body doesn't go catabolic cause you don't eat every few hours.. biggest myth ever

I think he is worrying about the whole hyperglycemia thing more so than that.

What I'm currently doing now is, my shot an hour or two before I wake up, then cardio with Bcaa

Post workout I take my shake first then half hour later I take my gh shot, one hour later I eat a meal. I really see and feel Moe better results with pwo shots.

I just can't imagine I eat, 1.5 hr later, get to the gym, workout for an hour to 2 hours, take my gh shot, wait another hour to eat. That's almost 5 hours with no food or shake. I can't imagine doing a sick chest workout and not feeding my chest waiting around for the gh to pass by.

Yes, you can take you whey with the Gh. You want to avoid sugar and fat for the first 3-4 hours after you injection.

I know you are going to look at my low number of post and think "WTF does this clown know" I e been in the game for years (including other boards) I've been running Rips for over a year as high a 8iu.

Side note; imo training fasted is one of the most catabolic things you can do. Especially if you are doing cardio. I know their are a lot of people promoting intermitted fasting and other fasted training strategies. My question is how many BB do you see using this method?

Actually nice to have you around, post count has little to do with knowledge. Going back to the OP, as you stated to avoid the sugars and fat, his question was involving the amount of sugar found in his protein isolate and in some other protein powders (to include sweeteners.) Are the amounts too small to make a difference is the point. I'm thinking yes but as I said I'm used to waiting to eat / drink after training anyway and still able to get my require meals in for the day.

Thanks brother it's good to be here.
My experiance is that it is impossible avoid sugar when eating most whole foods. Lets face it it is almost impossible to avoid sugar. This combined with the fact that the nutrition industry is unregulated makes it almost impossible to avoid sweeteners and sugar of some sort.

Alright, back on point. I wouldn't obsess over artificial sweeteners I would try to avoid them and sugar for that matter as a rule of thumb. Do I think the possibility of low dose of sugar or sweetener will have a huge impact on the effects of the HGH? No. Just do your best. I have a
