HGH Dosage and Saturation

I've read a lot of contradictory information about HGH dosing, saturation, and desensitization. At the moment, I am doing 30 IUs a week (been using HGH for over 6 months).

I do 5 IU post workout (3 day split with one day off between each workout) and 5 later in the day. On non-workout days, I don't do any GH, I do peptides.

I read some information from Jintropin that said you can do 6IUs a day but I'm not sure if they are talking about cycling the GH at that level.

Other information says that you can do 2 or 3 IUs a day forever without a problem.

Does anybody have the real skinny on dosage, cycling, saturation, etc.?

Do the pro's do 20IU a day or cycle? Can you do 2IU per day indefinitely?

They are all part of the same answer?
 
What have your results been at 5ius 3 on 1 off?

It seems like you are asking because you are unhappy with your results...

I am on 3ius right before bed with the reasoning that Supergirls gives.

The shot takes about 3-4 hours to kick in, so your natural secretion is about 2 hours after you fall asleep. Your natural GH is then suppressede for about 14-16 hours and then you go back to producing it again.

The train of thought is that the timing would allow for you to reap the benefits of both your natural secretion and the shot without suppressing your gh totally.

I have heard that GH above 8ius a day can have diminishing returns, meaning the sides would increase tremendously while the additional benefits would lessen.

A healthy adult only produced between .5 and 1.5 ius ed, so if you were to take 2-4ius daily, you would be better off than when you were a teenager.

I'm not unhappy with the results, I am trying to avoid thresholding which is described on other boards; meaning, that if you used GH consistently the body habituates to it and it is less effective.

Some people are injecting 10IU post workout 3 times a week and that's it. They say that somehow makes the GH work better to build muscle.

I don't know, I'm just trying to find out if there is any truth to this or if you can (if you can afford it) take 6 units a day for 20 years and it still continues to work as well.

There are a couple of TRT/HRT specialist on this site. They maybe able to help more.

I use GH mostly for the fat burning effects. I would use IGF if I wanted the anabolic effects.
