HGH & dosing ?

I recently found an anti-aging clinic and got approved to take HGH (after getting my blood & hormones tested). The clinic says the standard dosage for a women is .8iu. However my bodybuilding friends say a girl should take 2 iu's ED as this will show the most results.

Will I see any results from .8iu ED? When I mentioned 2iu's to the clinic they said that's too much. But I'm really looking to use it for muscle building as opposed to just getting my hormones back on track, like they think.

Since it's so expensive going the clinic route I want to make sure I'm not wasting my time & money (approx. $1200 for 3 months thru clinic)

i have no idea about the dosing-but interested to find out what you come with.

the price is about double of what i see floating around (if your saying 2iu a day for 3 months)-but if its PHARM grade it may be worth it-everyone says their stuff is 191aa(the good stuff) but who knows-im sure the clinic's stuff is 191AA and you would know for sure if they told you it was

Are you saying you don't want to listen to the clinical advice?

If you want to use HGH you have to realize it takes 6 months to 1 year to see results and this is good AND bad. Hence start low and take their advice at 0.8.

GH is pricey....I guess it is up to you where you get it but there is alot of crap HGH out there so trust your source.

Some people see results sooner but just be prepared that it may take awhile to see results and upping the dose usually won't help.

Thanks Miss Muscle! I just get conflicting views. My friend has done it at 2iu ED (from black market) and she started seeing results in 3 months. Since it's so expensive the clinic route I want to make sure I'm getting my money's worth if I go that way.

I will say that you should see results within a month, such as recovery, stamina, and sleep. Month two you should see some increased recovery and strength as well as light BF% decrease. Month 3 for me was when things started happening.

Now, with that said, i would like to know at what point you are at and what your ultimate goals are. I dont like GH for women at all. Unless your a BBer, and I really don't even like it for that. Gh to me has more negative effects on women than most would want, or even know about. Compared to what a man would like. I liken it to T3. Which i don't recommend to women either.

So what are your goals, and what is your experience level?

Agreed with the above poster.....what is your experience level because GH shouldn't be used by just anyone. It is more of a last minute thing. You have to remember your goals and the clinics goal are different so they may be pleased with 0.8 while you may not.

what negatives effect do women experience. I've heard of possible water retention in the beggining to joint aches.

I would us GH for the well being effect also since I am always exhausted as my hormone levels were very low.

My goal is to def build more muscle, but I understand GH doesn't cause muscle growth. I was planning on running ' Anavar (var) again. Last yr I did a 12wk cycle of Anavar (var) at 5mg ED (my 1st time on anything) and liked the strenght & definition I got on it.

Since I was planning on running another cycle of Anavar (var) then finding out I would probably be doing GH for health reasons - I was curious of the results I should expect with the GH being part of the equation. It seems like it won't have too much of a factor so at least my expectations won't be that high on GH and my muscle growth.

well, i would def run it at the dose they suggest. 2ius is wayy too much for what you are wanting out of it. .5-1iu i splenty to get the recovery and fat burning.

What i mean by negative effects is just what you said. UNless a woman stays super lean all year round, i don't suggest it. But like i said, if you do it, start with .5iu/d and see how you feel after a couple months. Or .8ius, whatever they suggest. But i would start w a .5iu/d. If you feel it is not keeping you too bloated and heavy feeling, great. You can enjoy the benefits it will give you.

I'm just of the thought that a woman can make incredible gains of any type without the use of GH. Like i said, unless your a BBer trying to gain a good bit of muscle. Thats my opinion. I've seen too many women over the years get into using GH thinking its gonna make em lean and mean, and end up looking like a linebacker. lol

wow looking like a linebacker scared me lol I've never heard that about GH, in fact I always hear the opposite: how being on it allows a person to be a little lax in their diet

Not true. I'm surprised people say that! I guess for some but don't be lax on the diet just because you're on GH.

This is why women get fucked when taking performance enhancing drugs. Unfortunately, drugs that work for men normally don't work the exact same way for women.
