Hgh for weight loss!!!!

I am overwight my BMI is in its mid 30s and my bodyfat % is 31.3% (21.3%)!

The number in brackets is when taken on my athlete profile on the scale!

I watch what I eat and train 3 times a week which includes 20 minuites cardio and 4 sets of horizontal ab crunches!

I seem to loose a few kilos and then puth em back on!

Could the doctor prescribe me low dose HGH a for weight loss? Is that possible?

Also I have heard that HCG can help aswell!
Is that true?

I have never seen it used to treat obesity, only for growth hormone defiency in kids and wasting illness like aids, as well as anti-aging in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) clinics. Without being an asshole here, dropping weight when you are over 30% bf is a whole lot more simple than that, you say you are watching what you are eating, but obviously something is out of whack or you would be dropping weight fast. Why dont you post up an average day of eating for us so we can see if we can help that way

HGH for weightloss isn't going to fly, post your diet/training and go from there. Cutting up from over 30% shouldent be too difficult, you are most likely taking in more calories than you think.

It is a new treatment for weightloss!
Not many people have heard about it because it is very contraversial and still very new!

An average day is:
Braekfast:A bowl of cereal (NOT 1 with chocolate or frosted toping) with skimmed milk.
Lunch: A sandwitch or 2 with brown bread or seeded brown bread (fillings: lean chicken or ham slices with sliced vegetables and tomatoes).
Dinner: 2 plates of food that are well balanced ie high protein n fibre, medium carbs and low fat.

I mainly drink water and have 1 glass on uncarbonated friut juice with dinner.
Sometimes I drink Coke Zero oe Vitamin Water.

Could it be low testosterone that is responsible for slow weightloss?
It puts on weight!
I have a VERY small dangler and undecended testes that are redish pink in colour and have testicular pain sometimes!
I have other symptoms but more of that late on another thread!

I have two routines:
1) 10 mins x-trainer followed by 10 mins recline bike. 3 sets of 10 reps on: incline chess press, pec flies, low row, shoulder press, arm extension, arm curl, leg press, leg extension. 4 sets of 10 reps on horizontal ab cruncher followed by 5 mins cool down on recline bike and stretches.

2) 10 mins on treadmill followed by either 10 mins on recline bike or boxing blitz. Stretches. 3 sets of 8 reps on each of these: chess press, shoulder press, leg extension arm curl, delt flies, raised kicks (3 on each leg), tricep pull down, overhead tricep pull down, forearm riases, lat pull down. Followed by 4 sets of 8 reps on horizontal ab cruncher and 5 mins coll down with stretches after.

no legit doc is even going to prescribe GH for HRT. Its usually only for pituitary problems in kids, and sometime for HIV. If you want it for that youre going to have to go an anti aging clinic and see one of those witch doctors

Sounds like you need alot more cardio 20 mins doesnt seem like enough for your goals

I was thinkin of addin anotha 10 mins 2 each routine n doin swimmin oonce a week!
I was tinkin of havin a protein shake for lunch such as EAS Myoplex Deluxe!
It has got vitamins and minerals in it!
Does Acai Berry supplement REALLY work?

This is what i would do:

Lift heavy 3 times a week, like a push-pull-legs split, high intensity, low volume followed by 20min cardio. 45min of AM cardio on an empty stomach. Up the protein a lot lower carbs, think veggies! Make your meals carb/protein or fat/protein, and after 6-7pm eat only protein and trace amounts of carbs(think veggies). Lots of water and green tea 3xday.

I cant stress this enough: KEEP A LOG BOOK OF YOUR EATING!
Keep cal intake close to maintenence or maintenence and use the cardio and green tea to burn the fat, and high intensity weigth training to boost the metabolism.

One more thing i would recommend is eat foods that you like, that way it wont get mentally too hard and you will stay on the diet. Also a cheat day once a week will do wonders, just end it before 6pm.

Hope this helps and good luck!

You should definitely see a doctor before anything else. It sounds serious. I mean, really
I am going 2 book an appointment 2moro!
I know it is serious, low t can make you infertile!
So are the symptome ie osteoporosis and anemia!
If it is Hypogonadism, what treatment can be given to a sufferer?

Yea dude, serious indeed. As far as i know treatment consists mainly on test replacent and use of HCg. See a doctor and get a full check-up before you do anything else. I wouldnt even think about HGh at this point if i were you. A healthy diet is a must though; it seems like you're eating more than you're telling us..eat less more often. There's good people here that could help you with a diet if you want. Good luck

MINIMUM 45 mins cardio 4x/week. fast walk on treadmill at 3% incline..

breakfast is too small, dinner is too big. should be the other way around. ALWAYS make breakfast bigger than dinner esp for weight loss.

get snacks between meals. total 5 meals/day.

like needsize says: if you're over 30% BF you should be dropping lbs. fast. be honest with yourself and limit variety. are you drinking sodas/eating desserts? how much sugar you taking in? it shouldnt take much for you to be dropping weight quick. but dont expect it overnight. if patience is not your virtue then this will be a rough ride for you. even if you're on hgh (which should be a last resort for you) because anyone on it will tell you it take months and months before you see anything on hgh anyway.

like mikea says: weight train. hard. this will be your primary path to weight loss. keep your body in recovery 24/7. force it to burn fat to repair muscle. and KEEP A FOOD LOG! so important for seeing results.

but most importantly, above all.. PREPARE MEALS IN ADVANCE!!! i cant tell you how crucial this is to losing weight. when you wake up monday morning you should have tue, wed, thur, and fri meals already ready to go. thats 5 days of guaranteed weight loss. repeat every week and you'll be fine. when you dont have meals prepared, you improvise, and thats what got you to this point to begin with..

if you need more help feel free to send me a PM. i love chatting on this subject. im not good at alot of things in life, but i can help people lose weight naturally very fast.

best of luck!

cheers

I am goin 2 4one the doctor 2day!
I have read up bout testosterone replacement therapy!
U r right they use test such as Test Prop, Test Cypionate and Test Undecanoate aswell HCG!
I tink they use Deca (Nandrolone Decanoate) now aswell because it is easier on the liver and helps with some of the symptoms!
My diet is healthy! I am tellin u my average diet! It is the truth!
