For the typical 10th vial, add 1ml/cc bac water to the vial. This gives you 10iu/ml
So 1/10ml is 1iu. On a 100 unit slin pin each line with an increment of ten is 1 iu.
So the 10 line is 1iu, 20=2iu, up to 100= 10iu so the full ml is 10iu.
Let the bac water drip slowly down the side of the vial instead Olof spraying water directly on the powder and I add 1ml air first because most have a strong vaccum seal.

u should already know the amount of iu in powder form of each vial... no matter what amount of water u add to it that WILL NOT change

If I'm not mistaken those are 100IU kits. so 10 vials to each 100iu kit. Those should have 3.3 mg of GH per 10iu.
Take 1cc aka 1 ml of Bactereostatic water using a large gauge needle, 25 gauge as an example. Poke it in the vial and let it drip down the side of the vial with the GH very slowly. Once the 1cc is in the GH vial let it sit there a sec and decide if is needs further mixing, most will.
Take the vial and GENTLY swirl it then set it down and rinse and repeat as necessary until it is in a crystal clear solution.
To use it later use an insulin syringe that goes to 100 units, for every 10 mark on the syringe that is 1iu of gh. The 20 mark is 2iu etc

If im being lazy sometimes I use the same insulin pin that I'm going to shoot with to fill the vial since they're 1ml... and also if the vials have a tight vacu-seal you might want to poke the vial with a pulled back syringe first to equalize or it will suck all of the water right out of the syringe asap though in my experience the fragility of GH powder is highly overstated on most sites.

Quick question regarding the topic, I also purchased HGH recently but am waiting. I know IGF and HCG need to be refrigerated after reconstitution and I also wrap them in foil to block UV... does GH get treated in the same manner?

HGH needs to be in the fridge both before and after Reconstitution.
The stuff most of us are using coming from China is reported to be able to stay out of the fridge for up to 30 days

Actually not correct, unmixed vacu-sealed powder can be kept at room temperature for well over a year without any loss in potency.

All of the sources selling me this stuff are lying as well.
I do realize there are a few select brands of HGH that can be stored as you say but please pay attention to what I wrote and the way that I wrote it.
I'm not flaming you but you could cause people to ruin their product.

As I said, GH is vacu-sealed freeze-dried powder there is no reason to refrigerate it. It will not lose potency. Asked my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doc and my pharmacist wife about this when I started and also have done a lot of research on it. The fragility of GH peptide bonds is highly overstated. If it was as fragile as everyone parrots on bobybuilding forums it would break up and/or melt when you inject it into your body.
Pharmacutical companies also put completely understated expiration dates on their products as well, you can pretty much double out the exp date of any med and you'll still have full efficacy.

Come on b_saan I'm talking in relation to the Chinese HGH that the vast majority of us have to use. The handling is clearly stated on their sites, by their distributors and down the line to the sources.
What if some guy that just bought 1,000 IU of ABC blue top lids reads this and then thinks it is ok to toss it in his sock drawer for 6 months? The guy will then have a ruined product

Which is a good thingBut the fact that you have been around the block is the more reason for you to be responsible with the things you post especially when they can affect others hard earned $$
