Hi all

Just want some info as prob will use some GH in the future. What are the benefits for women? What sides come with it along with irreversible sides? Is 27 years old to young? What is a recommended amount of time to be on for min/max...??

Yeah thought I may be a bit young I think I'll wait. Still on my Anavar (var), 3 weeks left. I'm def stronger, harder to. I'm currently using 3j I'm 2 weeks in. Started at 23% bf and dropped to just over 19% in less than 10 days :) keep going I'd like to hit below 15%
 
Glad 3J's diet advice is working for you. Pardon me, but I thought you said you were 20%? Did you get a more accurate measuring before starting on 3J's diet?

I think you are too young for HGH, if you're trying all these different compounds to try and shift some body fat, I'm glad that you've found a diet that is working for you. Doing all that clen, t3 and anything else at over 20% body fat will make your body less responsive the further lower you get.

Yes I was higher than 20, dropped to 19 quick although I don't look different. I can keep dropping I'm following the diet it's working well, lifting and cardio... Fingers crossed! T3 was last summer hated it, clen didn't do much so won't be using that. Heavy lifting, cardio after- job done. Shoulders in the morning :)
 
Dropped from 23-19 in less than 10days?? How are you measuring your body fat? A difference of 4% on me would be very noticable, especially shifting under 20%. If you're using calipers those are sketchy at best. You really should upload some pics, let us see your transformation. I remember you saying in another thread that you had arms like Mrs P and a small waist like hers too - she's like 16% body fat, and looks fantastic (you do Mrs P!) so I'd love to see how you look now. Do you carry most of your weight in your lower body?

I agree with u though, I think 4 % in BF is definitely noticeable, I know I would notice it on myself.

I do like the calipers though, I think they are pretty accurate.

I agree with the other gals here. You're too young. HGH is a long cycle, minimum 6 months to see any benefits.

There are a number of "reported sides" positive and negative depending on what site you land on while doing research. Remember while surfing the net and researching...most of the company's are SELLING and have great marketing. The negative sides I hear about repeatedly are; bloating/water retention, joint pain hence extra fluids, hands tingling/numbness like that of carpel tunnel, blurred vision, but I believe these sides are primarily due to a dose too high. Also can contribute to diabetes and the growth of cancerous tumors. This one had me concerned since I am a melanoma survivor. But I am 30 years out with no problems since originally dx.

I'm 52, running consecutively my 1st HGH cycle with anavar. I'm 1 full week in with a very low dose of HGH @ .2 IU pinned at 8:00am ED and starting my 3rd week in a 10mg split of Anavar (var), 5mg 7:00am and 5gm at 5:00pm. My negative sides w/HGH; I feel the bloated belly thing (hate it!!) but nothing else. The positive is the "over all good feeling". Sides with my var...had the evening headaches for first two weeks and lower back ache. Also hit iron EOD. Modified my diet, lucky to get in 2K calories a day. Protein runs approx 100 mg daily. Fat stays under 45mg daily. I am very eager to see where I get with this cycle combined with gym.

Thanks for your input :) just was curious! I lost 4% bf in ten days on 3j diet wanna get down to 15%. 3 weeks left on Anavar (var), I had the headaches and back ache as well

That's interesting... I have to say in most peoples experience, that amount of body fat % loss is around 4 - 5 weeks. Not saying it can't be quicker than that, because it's body fat % were talking about here and the more fat you have the easier it is to lose larger amounts in a small space of time. But you didn't have an overly fat sounding physique so I find it hard to believe you lost that much in 10 days. You sure you don't mean 4lbs? That's more believable.

I agree with Detour Frenchy, 4 % Bf in 10 days is pretty impossible, did u lose weight also ?
Some of what you lost was probably water & waste..

the average body fat percentage most lose in one month is 1 percent. This is pretty much about 1 to 2 lbs of weight loss per week.

I suggest u test your BF again, & make sure they are testing it accurately.

Callipers is what I use and get measured by the guy who owns the gym. I have biggers arms shoulders than mrs P but I do carry that small bit on my gut.

Whenever I eat really clean and drop on carbs I lose quick. I lost 3% in 2 weeks a couple of years back just by dropping out carbs! The pinch on waist and sub scap had dropped quite a bit, plus I'm only 5mm on my triceps. I'm getting measures next week so I'll let you know. I'm going to get some pics taken this weekend and I'll post- how do I upload pics?
3j will tweak my diet if I hit a brick wall, I do feel better, slim on my sides etc
 
Hmmm, when you drop carbs, you drop water weight (carbo - HYDRATES) I'm suspecting you hold a lot of water under your skin, it still sounds near unbelievable that you drop that much fat that quickly. Do you find that when you eat carbs again the weight comes back almost the next day? That is water weight, quite like how you asked in an older thread about how do you know what water weight is.. but the main thing is that you are happy with the results, that is one thing no one can argue about. How many sites is he using when taking measurements? The thing with calipers is that you can pinch differently each time and that can alter results. The only true method is the water dunk method and even that has it's flaws. A pic can give a good impression, I guess that's why we want to see :)

If u lost that much in such a short time by just dropping carbs then it was probably water weight.. Bad thing is when u add carbs back in, the weight comes back.

The calipers are as accurate, but it much depends on the skills of the person giving you the test.
& like Detour states, It's also difficult to grab the fat consistently, so that could also lead to inaccurate results.
Does he do the 3 site or 7 site test ?

Underwater weighing is the most accurate & I'm also hearing great things about the Bod Pod, it uses air displacement to determine body fat... but most gyms don't have one.

U can upload the pics by either browsing the file from your computer & uploading it by clicking on the (Paperclip) icon on top...
or u can upload them to photobucket & copy & paste the IMG code.
 
I personally think 27 is too young, I didn't feel like I needed it til I was 42. If you do choose to do it you shouldn't need more than 1-1.5iu, 2iu at the most.

I have not had so called "sides" I am leaner and skin is a bit better but I have always had nice skin as I do not do sun. :)

also Bloat might be tricking you.
but 3-5% in 10 days, id say no way.
and if it is true, go to the doc asap.

faster healing after workouts, faster collagen building, better skin if your older.
sides can vary long term.
how long? : i would say 6months min and possibly upto a year , per cycle.

I am tappering off my very forst cycle of Clen, and waiting for my first HcG order. Ive tried to do as much research as possible. I keep getting mixed articles. Ive read Im supposed to take ephedrine after tappering off the Clen. I am 29., 5'2", and 175( i was 215 6 months ago. Im not looking for any "easy out", i beat the gyms ass 5-6 days a week. I eat 1000 calories a day( eating dinner on a saucer plate instead of a huge dinner plate works great). any suggestions, or websites that have accurate info? Thank you ladies so much!

Get off the clen and get some serious diet help. Start at the diet section on this forum.
