Hi all. Im needing some advice. Don't judge me but im an 'Athlete' Long jump 100m I had very good junior youth jumping but stoped training for 2 years. came back at 20 and got the bug again. Im lacking explosiveness and want to gain more power to be able to run faster. Get off the blocks harder and obvious to have more explosiveness to jump on the bored. I have been told to try Dynabol and use a Pill a day untill the box is empty? Is this correct. Iv never taken any Steroid or anything to get a competitive edge before so Could i get some info and advice on what i should be taken for what i want? I know Drugs are bad in sport and i shouldn't be doing this to run the risk of getting banned I wont have any big comps untill December the indoor championships and by then i am hoping to be up to the 6.50+Meter mark. (Currently on 6) It's a chance i wanna take because im sick of getting beat lol and want to be able to train harder and longer
