I took finasteride and did a cycle, a long cycle about 6 years ago.
My test and other hormones are good and well in range...
Test is 822 at last check.
But I am suffering low libido, no morning erections, shrunken flacid penis (although erect it still blows up to the same size it was years ago), and retracted testicles for the most part except at night they will sometimes hang lower.
Could high ACTH and Cortisol be the culprit here? I had a dexamethasone supression test done and it didn't supress either as much as it should have so my doc ordered a MRI of the pituitary for a tumor (Cushing's disease) also came back negative. So if high ACTH and Cortisol could cause these symptoms what could be other causes for these being so high?
