You need to see a urologist so you don't miss a silent form of prostate cancer. Testosterone will hasten a prostate cancers growth exponentially. Would do it sooner than later.

There's a lot of evidence to contradict the long-held belief that testosterone fuels PC growth.

There was actually never any evidence for this - it was just assumed from the fact that a complete absence of testosterone may (for a time) halt the progression of PC.

I can dig up references if needed.
