High Red Blood Cell Count ???

Lucky13

Cycle, test, HGH
I'm currently on a TBol / Test cycle, I'm starting to think my RBC count is too high....i'm getting headaches, dizzy spells and hands feel swelled..also I look very red all over...BP is also up to 150ish over 92ish.

I'm guessing it's the Tbol that is doing this as my test cycle before was fine

Is there a way to get my RBC count down or could I give blood to get my RBC count down ??

give plasma.

your sides could be edema or BP, both of which could be due to estrogen and/or electrolyte intake (ie too much sodium and not enough pottassium)

Thanks MAcro

I've also noticed I bleed excessivly if cut or brusied...had a normal bruise swell up much more then normal and get very hot! Also a cut on my finger which bled for several hours without clotting properly...2days later it is still bleeding on and off...any injection sites are also very easy to see and show brusiing around them...I'm also getting cramps when just tensing a muscle..this is all very different to when I did the test cycle without Tbol.

I'll keep an even more carefull eye on sodium...how many bananas or potasium should I try to consume each day ?

currently I'm taking Taurine 2g and one or two bananas a day plus a gallon or so of water...doesn't seem to be helping.

excessive bleeding is a sign of poor clotting, not high RBC count. actually high RBC tends to cause excessive clotting. Polycythemia - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

what are you taking exactly, include supplements. Also any painkillers or medications that you are taking.

Thanks Macro for feedback

40mg Tbol ED
Test 250mg EW
HCG 250iu E3D

Aromisan 12.5 mg ED
1.25mg Finasteride ED
1200mg Garlic
500mg Vit C on and off
Lots of water

No pain killers ever.

This cycle is almost identical to my last bar the Tbol...the most significant issue with this cycle is the dizzy spells and cramps.

how about your diet? reccomend taking a look at the sodium and potassium content. Likely potassium is too low. Also you probably need to supplement magnesium and calcium. Low magnesium causes cramping and poor clotting.

you also may be having some blood sugar issues. How do feel after carbs? lethargy?

Thanks Macro

By watching sodium do you mean it may be to low or high ?

I don't really have any issues with energy, seem to have plenty especially after carbs...what's odd about the cramping is the odd feeling of muscle weakness during the night ...I keep waking up with what feels like a dead leg on one occasion it took a second or two to move I assumed it was blood flow but this seems to keep happening at the moment without any pins and needles..my legs (mainly quads) then feel very weak and almost delayed when I try to move them.

Hey Lucky.. thats weird that you mention that.. b/c on my last cycle I also had a HIGH FEVER.. and always looked as though I was sunburned... typically around my neck area/upper chest area..

I even had a biopsy down with my doctor b/c I've known him forever and I told him that I was actually on Juice. The test came back with nothing that stuck out for him to even tell me anything.. so I've always been curious as to wtf caused the redness b/c I've NEVER been like that before. So if anyone else has had these symtoms.. please give some more advice. I havent tried hawthorne berries or uping my pottassium intake.. but I will definatley give that a shot.. thanks nick and macro

as far as the cramping and the dead leg shit.. couldnt tell ya bro. never had that.. just the redness and high temp

I had a high red blood cell count. Flipped my doctor out. He thought I had cancer, I've had lymphoma before. I knew why I had a high RBC but didn't want to tell him.

Yea I know doctor patient is supposed to be privileged but you sign those rights away when you fist go see them. Everybody really needs to read everything you sign at the doctors office.

I think all the problem you mentioned are from high BP. Take a baby aspirin once a day. This will thin your blood.

Asprin is the key as Ark stated try this for a week and you will feel better.

Reddish skin...nothing to really worry about. Only BP is the most important...you may have to take a minor BP med if you are on allot of sauce.
