Hockeyplaya18's FIRST CYCLE

Second PIN went the same as first, nice and smooooth!!! No issues to report as of yet. No changes, mental or physical, I THINK. Like everyone says the placebo affect, I feel a bit "harder" in the muscles, and I feel a little more edgy mentally, but nothing serious.

Over the weekend I did Arms on Saturday, Im not a huge arm guy so I really dont plan on logging my arm workouts, Ill just have pics and measurments for my arms.

Just to give you an idea though, Single Arm dumbell curl I do 50 lb's 8 reps.

For Close-grip Bench I can do 180 for 7-8 reps, depending on the day.

Today is my leg day!!! Ill post up my stats later!!

I wouldnt mind coming in second with all this serious compitition!!

Neither am I really, just want to over all improve my body's shape, and getting a little bigger wouldnt be toooo bad!!

BTW I am weighing in tomorrow morning, its my usual 2 weeks weigh in day. Not expecting a big change from 239.7 lb's, since I havent changed much to anything except the 2 injects.

What are your goals Darkside??

Recomp I guess. Trying to tighten up and drop some BF. I'm 240-245. My BF% is in the higher teens right now. I'm sure i'll gain some weight which is fine cause it will be lean, but i'm not trying to hulk out. lol

My diets in check and i'm eating below maintnance so the Tren should work good for me.

i'm 6'4".

No, not my first time running tren.

I got amazing results last summer from my cycle that I ran for 10wks. Was by far my best cycle, but then in the fall i was out of the gym for 7 weeks with a seperated shoulder so lost a bunch of my gains.

Im hoping things go well for me on this cycle, then I can run a couple more, then give Tren a whirl!!!!

yeah i'm good now. Finaly just had to take the time off cause it was always nagging me....would come and go but never went away. now i've been back for 2 months and feel great, no pain and getting my strength back. All good in the hood bro!

Nice, everyone has there strong points, the whole playing hockey my whole life thing prolly helps quite a bit on my legs being strong.

My strong point is my chest. Did alot of prison pushups for a long time if you know what i mean lol! But my favorite muscles to work are my legs by far!

hey bro, hit chest today. Did them incline close grip presses for first time today. had to do them on the smith machine cause that was all that was open but i got a great pum from them. i'm adding them into my chest routine from now on.

Im now 247.5 Lb's (Last Weigh in 239.6 Lb's), Im honestly thinking it all has to do with my STRICT diet that I implemented after I tried to cut down to 240 or lower, So its a nice to see that Im eating right so I can gain as much as possible when the TEST kicks IN :)

Did Chest Yesterday Afternoon, Idk what it was but I for sure felt an extra BOOST that I havent felt before, most likely Placebo, which works for me!

FLAT BENCH PRESS (Last week I really struggled with 275, so I stuck with that for the 5x5, wayyy more managable this week)

WEIGHTED LEG LIFTS ON ROMAN CHAIR (Lay on it backwards) ABS, gave the chest a quick break.

Feeling great this morning, Im super pumped to hit the new gym at my new work location on lunch, Im not going to do very much lifting, maybe 15-20 min of something that I feel I want to work on, then I want to hit the pool, swim a few laps, then SAUNA!!!! Im loving this NEW PLACE!!

Well Im paying for my 2 gyms now, the one at my work, and the gym I've been rocking for years. $50 a month between the 2, not that bad!
 
Id prolly say 1000, 1200 maybe. Im not big on the Calorie counting, Lets just say isntead of eating one chicken breast 3 weeks ago, I know it 2-3 chicken breasts in a sitting, POWWW!! Just gotta EAT EAT EAT!!
