yeah reverse grip is a little hard on the shoulders. Personaly when i do them, i do them on a smith machine and lay on the floor so i can't come down all the way. works well.

Uper chest IS a bitch, especially the inner part.

Im loving all these ideas, Im going to try laying on the ground with the smith machine, and reverse grip it, should be interesting.

I could barely hold on to the freaking bar, lol. I dont want to go to wrist wraps but I might have to.

Plyometrics (Hockey leg workouts, for foot speed) did this for 10 min. to give the hands and fore-arms a rest)

WIDE GRIP PULL UPS TO FAILURE.
8, 8, 7, 6.

SEATED CLOSE GRIP ROWES.
15X160 (Warm-up) 8x200, 10x180, 12x160, 12x160

SINGLE ARM LAT PULL DOWNS.
8x75, 8x75, 8x75, 6x75.

My BACK is BEAT!!

Ate great today, PIN tomorrow, I already loaded it, its just sitting there waiting to GOOOO!!!

Weighed in this Morning, and I dropped down to 239.7 lb's from 245.6 a week and a half ago, exactly what I wanted, wish it would have been a little more, but it is what it is!! I havent been in the 230's in forever, and dont plan on going back ;)

Went GREAT, I never thought I'd say this but my buddy is really good at Pinning in the glute!! haha...He's about to start his third cycle, though he isnt that educated with roids in general, he has pinned plenty of times.
Theres a bit of pressure it feels like, but no pain at all, took about 45 sec-1 min to inject. 25g 1.5' in. needle 1.33 ML 300mg, I havent figured out the whole CC thing yet. No blood!!

What should I expect in the next few hours?? Couple of days?? I know I wont feel anything strength wise, just wondering if any changes happen at all.

Haha no it takes a few weeks to really start feeling it. But you'll probably train like a beast knowing that it's in your system!
 
Im glad the first pin went well man! You wont feel nothing for a few weeks but like the guys said since you know its in you, you will go that much harder. And about the cc thing. 1ML=1CC
