I want to thank everyone of the members here and all of our loyal customers for a great year! PSL can only exist because of all of you and your loyalty. :)

Let's talk goals! Now that 2016 is basically here, I'm sure many of you have a goal you'd like to reach. My goal is to enter my first competition this summer.

What FITNESS goal have you set for yourself for 2016?


-Reach a certain bf%?

-Enter a competition?

-Hit a certain weight goal?

I m so glad we re not only trading partners J, but friends as well and I can t wait to see/hear how you did in your show. I over dieted in my first show in 86 and walked out looking like a recently released inmate from Auschwitz...4 day s later I was full and just as cut.

2.5 later I swept Mr. xxx xxxx at a pretty cut but very full 205..used red wine, Marlboro reds and push up s pull ups back stage and by exit door to improve vascularity---not recommended, just saying.

My goal--at 51 ( 52 in March ) is to keep "as is" and with God, dedication and PSl plan on doing what I can to maintain this gay porn star look as long as is feasible.

T, It brings me great joy when you reply to my threads. Not only because of our friendship, but they are just so damn entertaining. I will be sure to give a full write up of my first comp experience.
 
Most are w family, eating themselves s into carbohydrate based coma s..and they SHOULD AS U GOTTA live.

I m only awake-cognizant as I m in NYC w my little T (Tristan)for the week and HE at 9 just ploughed 2 taco s, an entire rack of rib s and choco Sundae shot. Like me he s got the metabolism of a 9 yr old lol...I had a shrimp salad as my hypo-crosey only goes so far and vanity trump s even family but he s all I got so....I had a Sundae too.

My New Years resolution is to give up "Lint for " Lint'. lol

Competing in my 1st National show in May 2016 ;)

None of these regional bollocks for me - jumping straight into a national comp with both feet lol

This bucket list needs addressing before I get too old boys :)
 
Current weight and Body Fat - (190, 15% BF)

Recomp early, 2016, Lose 3-5% BF, Gain 4-5lbs lean mass, 180-190lbs, 10-12% BF, Maintain through summer.

Bulk again after summer, 2016, Increase weight to 210-215lbs, <=15% BF

Recomp or Cut Spring, 2017 (190-200lbs, <=12% BF)

Foreseeable goals. Nothing outrageous, some scenarios could go better than planned, some worse. Many year's to make up the differences :)
 
My goal this year is to go into full over drive mode on everything. I want to work out and diet as hard as I possibly can, I want to find a exciting new career, and find a super hot girlfriend to bang every night lol. I want to also stay healthy and do as much as I can with as little AAS needed to accomplish my goals. I kind of just want to live life to the fullest and have as much fun as possible while being responsible. I had low testosterone for the last two years and finally just got on TRT and have my levels at about 1200, so I'm going to take full advantage of everything life has to offer.

Mad Sci---do it man. Nothing better than going all out WHILE U CAN.... I can t squat w/o popping noises, do 1 dip or military over 185 w o my right shoulder socket red lining.

But the day I squatted 625, pulled 640 ish or benched 225 x 25 on my 25 th b day----those memories will serve me well when I m waiting on my diaper change in the old folk s home...lol.

Life s about making memories...good one s preferably.
 
Well now that my Gyno surgery is out of the way, my goal is to be 200lbs solid and 9.5% bodyfat WITHOUT tren(not a fan of 19-nors) by 4th of July(I'm 5'8 btw). In SoCal, 4th of July on the beach is a huge massive party. Like they close down streets and there is people in just swim wear and most are pretty drunk. I have been out of shape for 2 years now because I can never get my diet down...just look good in a shirt but "eww put your shirt back on" when I would take it off type look. When I played college football and looked my best in 2012, I went home for 4th of July to the beach. I was about 185lbs and was on Test and Var. My goodness that was one of the greatest days of my life. I wish I could share details but there is no point at all because I highly doubt anyone would believe me, so I will just leave it as: lets just say I had a good time.

But overall I want to hit that goal, not just for the 4th of July thing but overall I miss the confidence I had and how great I used to feel about myself when I was shredded.

As soon as I am cleared to lift(got 3 more weeks) from this gyno surgery, everyday in the gym will be war.
 
My goal is to look like Kai...and if I take enough MT2 I can partially meet that goal. :)

But seriously, my goal is to add another dozen or so pounds of muscle while losing enough fat to see my abs...then enter lifetime maintenance.
 
My goal is to successfully complete and keep a complete and detailed log of my first and second AAS cycle for 2016. I'm hoping to get down to 10% body fat by the end of the year, to put on 20 to 30 lbs of muscle by the end of the year, and to be able to increase the amount of weight I can dead lift, back squat, clean & jerk, and snatch by a lot.

Ideally, I want to be able to at least:

dead lift 405 lbs
back squat 315 lbs
clean and jerk 225 lbs
snatch 225 lbs

by December 2016. Finally, I would like to look really good so I can get a hot girlfriend.
 
Well boys we got a whole year to get shit done. That's plenty of time. Hell just thinking about where I was last year at this time. I've been able to make drastic changes to my body each year.

If anyone has pictures they'd like to share of their progress in 2015 I think it would be really interesting to see them. Whenever you think you're stalling or not making progress it helps to look at yourself from a year before and really see how far you've come.

But still, I was a marshmallow before and now I am just carrying a little extra fat on my stomach. My arms are noticeably bigger, as well as my legs. And my chest is MUCH more defined! I am happy - and will only improve in this upcoming year!

I may put BB'ing on hold for now and cut some weight, I'm thinking about getting back on the mats full time in 2016, as I have the spring No-Gi IBJJF in sight..I got one more tourny in me,if my fingers hold out.. I haven't rolled over 70% in sometime..Conditioning is cake! I have nothing to prove so Im not sure why Im wrestling with it..we shall see
