I can only do what my professor says, and the suggestions of my coaches.. Heck, they may suggest to do a local Naga event and take it from there! If he says that, its his way of being nice and saying "hang it up old man"..
 
Lose some of this beer/couch gut.

what do you got lined up, you gonna do a hard recomp, or just gonna add some stims with a test base? get on the mat and do some light rolling, you'll trim down with blinding speeds..even if you go light like 25-60% power, movement and resistance is still movement and Resistance, a lot of core work too!
 
My goal is to make more time for the weights and for the forum as well...

I'm currently busting my ass so I'll be able to work from home in the next few weeks.

My everyday goal is to be up at 6:30am - jogging and jumping rope by 7am.

8am 12:00pm - Work.
12:00 - 2:00 - Drums.
2:00 - 03:00 - workout.
3:00 - 07:00 - Work
7:00 - 10:00 - dinner with wife
10:00 - 11:00 - forums.
11:00 - 12:00 - More wife.
