How bad is my gyno? Appreciate the help

Alrighty boys, i need an honest opinion of how bad this gyno is. Been thinking about the ralox route or maybe just going straight to surgery. Let me know what ya think

P.S. going to diet and get down to a very low BF to see if maybe its just fatty deposits. Always carried a lot of fat in my chest

Kinda hard to see anything in that photo...

If you have gyno you should be able to feel the lumps. They will feel denser than fat tissue. If your convinced you have gyno then run Ralox. Dieting down will certainly help with psuedogynocomastia (fat tissue).

Definitely have lumps, just wanted to know how yall thought it looked based off the photo. Have not seen a doc about it, kinda a sensitive issue, ya know. This is why I am coming here FIRST, to see what some of the experience says. Dont really care if i do have lumps, just how bad it looks

Get examined by a doctor. They are trained to be sensitive.

I agree getting to a low bodyfat is best for truly determining the diagnosis. Surgery cost thousands while raloxifene is cheap. Trim down, see a Dr and determine what is actually going on. You. Most likely could feel gyno, you can't mistake it. Do what you want but before a knife touched me I'd be running the shit out of some raloxifene.

honestly if u ask me , id say it doesn't even look like u have gyno . seriously . my pecs have a very similar shape . to my eye doesn't seem like gyno .

i agree.. i dont see any malformation of the nipple.. its not at a weird angle.. i dont even think he has gyno.. maybe an inflammed lymph node.. alot of people mistaken inflamed lymph nodes for gyno

See I wont do a medical diagnosis especially on a pic where I cant really tell. Doesnt look like it but how do I know for sure. When I had it starting I def knew. I agree that a trip to Dr cant hurt. Then if Dr tells you surgery is only option etc Id still give raloxifene a go cause its worth a try before surgery. I will say this, do not constantly feel or play with your nipples to try to tell, that will only exacerbate the problem.
