i thought to train AB TWICE A WEEK while on superdrol...
what do u say...

tries
legs

back
bies
delts

12 set for large muscle
7-9 for small muscle
each muscle is stimulated twice a week

6-8 rep and 12-15 reps

a good routine works whether you are natty or enhanced..
you may tweak it slightly to add a 'pinch" more volume that does not mean double what you currently do

DOUBLE DOUBLE BINGO! I always train the same way on or off. When on the gear amplifies the effects/response. Using a routine you can't grow on clean almost alwsays gives the trainee shitty results. I have seen tons of guys go from solid 3 day a week strength routines while chean to 6 day a week "routines of the pro's" training and then blame their lack of results on bunk gear:D

tuesday, back/decline press... i like it like that
wednesday, shoulders
thursday, biceps/quads
friday, triceps/hammys and calves

sat and sunday off, need to recover from friday night and saturday night :beertoast , sunday=sinday- eat everything
