How do you hide your results?

hell yeah lesbians!

Carpe Genitalia
So I've never done AS before but in 2006 I did do a PH cycle that yielded pretty solid results. Right now I'm looking at a possible AS cycle around January and curious how you all hide the fact that you're cycling.

I only ask because when I ran my PH cycle I was a graduate student and teaching some of the lower level classes in my discipline. Towards the end of my run one of my student athletes asked me privately what I was taking because he could tell (I told him the truth because I wasn't taking anything illegal). Now that I'm teaching full time and considering a legit AS cycle, I'd really like to avoid arousing any sort of suspicion. Is this even remotely possible given the fact that I will be standing in front of the same people 3-4 days a week for the duration of my cycle?

Any advice is appreciated.

Um yeah, good luck with that. When I went from 209# to 235# in a matter of a few weeks (dropped down to 220# after I stopped the Dbol and so far maintaining it!), it was pretty obvious to people. My only suggestion would be to do a cycle of test e only to keep gains slow and steady so it's not too obvious.

Well my first cycle is going to be test e/test c only so I've got that going for me. I've also scheduled it for January hoping that some frumpy/oversized winter clothes might not make it as noticeable.

LOL, I wore a suit to work and it was VERY noticeable. I had to buy larger shirts and wear a peacoat over my suit.

Yeah it's tough to hide. I'm currently a grad student and teaching, and I've been approached a few times. You just have to lie...I usually say that I used to be this big, and I just started lifting again, so it's muscle memory. It sucks, but that's the game we play.

its definitely noticeable but most people won't ask...

my 2 roommates would joke with me that i was on steroids (though they never knew anything, and had rarely been inside a gym) but outside of that no one said anything except one guy who is the one who led me into it.

even my GF of 4 years hadn't noticed a thing when i gained +20 in a 6 weeks. deny deny deny and if someone "knows" something is up tell them you changed your diet and are eating a lot and started creatine so you're holding water.

the average person doesn't know jack about supps and if they do they're probably not going to ask too much because they will know you're on something else.

Yeah it's funny, I've been asked by two of my students, but not my fiance (who doesn't know I use gear).

My "excuses": muscle memory, creatine, I eat a helluva lot and I lift big. My gf doesn't know I'm just finishing a cycle right now but suspects it. She has said, however, that she will be supportive of the next one I do as long as she gets to pin me (she works in the medical field).

solid man. thanks.

lol well damn. i guess i'll just have to see where the test e only cycle takes me. thanks for the input.

I was (am - finishing up) using:
600mg/wk test e
400mg/wk Deca
40mg/day Dbol (for 4 weeks)
Plus an AI.

I think my next cycle will only be Test e and Deca, depending on how noticeable I want to be I might add Dbol again...

Oh damn I didn't know you were running deca too...no wonder you gained like a mofo.

Awsome post, I never really thought about what others might think when I started my first cycle. Co-workers notice. About 1/2 the guys are really supportive, the other half gets really angry and threatened. And it's not just what you look like; I believe, like dogs, people can "smell" the extra T. The whole social order of the workplace is up-ended. My bosses called me into a meeting to say they didn't care what I did outside of work, as long as I didn't bring it into work --- in other words: watch the aggression and the libido. My new mantra is: "the first rule of Fight Club-- Don't talk about Fight Club"..... Ever! And wear long sleeve, loose fitting clothes. Don't show off. And when someone comments on your physique, simply respond: "Thank you for noticing.... I've been working hard!" End of the story! Eventually, everyone will get used to the new you, and social stasis will be restored.

Working with 3J to keep it and get ready for my next cycle mid-year.

I think women can sense the extra T too...

I think people will just assume it anyway despite what you tell them if they ask. IMO nothing to be self conscious about ...everyone has a choice.

You guys are going about this the wrong way...

When someone approaches me and asks "Do you use steroids?"

I look them dead in the eye and ask them "Why do you ask?"

Most of the time they will stammer around and say something like..."Well, because you are really big..."

Then, you look them in the eye again and say, "Thank you for the compliment. I work really hard at being fit."

By that point, they are on the defensive because you have put them on the spot with your answer but because you have just come across as a genuine and appreciative person they are still confused.

That is typically counter to their preconceived expectations of you based on appearance. They expect you to be a jerk or get defensive. Don't. It allows them to rationalize their judgement.

At this point, ask them if they lift and turn the conversation focus on them. I like to use this line....

"So, you lift too, huh? I can tell you have a pretty good build. How much do you bench?"

Again, don't allow yourself to get defensive. Be nice and focus on them. By this time, they have already decided you are a pretty decent guy and will typically say something to make themselves look good to you like "Yeah, I use to lift but I don't get too much time to do it now." Then you can compliment them again and say "Well, you are holding your weight well."

By then they will typically leave and think, "Wow, what a cool guy."

By following that line of conversation, I've never had a person persist with the "Are you on steroids" line of questions and they leave thinking I'm a nice guy.

I do this because I never lie and it works wonders for your perception.
