I load it into the same barrel as test to save pins...so, test+hcg(+other AAS sometimes)
And AI every day but probably because I'm using more than TRT level test

I take my hCG the same day as my T, but in a separate syringe.
It's more convenient, but the main reason I do it is to keep my estradiol up. I'm not on an e3d protocol right now but if I was I would probably try dosing it at 300iu e3d. But that's just me.
If I recall you're one of the guys who has E2 issues with hCG in the past, so I probably wouldn't suggest that you take as much as I would. If E2 has been a problem for you I'd say it's probably a good idea to start low and titrate up if needed. Maybe 150iu e3d.

300 i.u. e3d is what I've started to use. 150 i.u e3d is weak.
Nothing wrong with that at all. I thought I remember you having issues with hCG in the past, that's why I was suggesting such a low starting dose.

On 60 mg E3D of T I started to use 100 i.u daily of HCG as a trial run.... the second day was like holy """"!
its expensive too cause you are going through syringes faster.
kicked up erections, libido and energy. I also notice HCG shrinks my appetite some vs T alone. T alone stimulates my appetite (food) plenty.
Like others have mentioned, I don't see any issue injecting in the same syringe as your testosterone if you'd like to conserve supplies. Although technically it's not recommended by the manufacturer, tons of guys do it with no issues at all.
To me it sounds like a CYA type precaution from the manufacturer. They can't really recommend combining it with other medications due to liability reasons, but it seems incredibly unlikely that there would be any ill effects from injecting that way.
I could understand a potential issue if the 2 meds were combined in a syringe for an extended period of time, but I can't imagine that having a small amount of hCG come into contact with testosterone cypionate for a couple of minutes would do anything to damage either drug. It's not like testosterone is some type of caustic substance or anything.

When I was taking it, 50iu EOD, same syringe as test, was enough to keep things going both size and fertility wise. I have been off HCG a for a while now... not sure if that dose will re-fill things properly or I will need to increase.

Well my TRT doc recommends and I've read 250iu 2x a week. MY TRT Doc says 250iu 2x a week if you're under 45, 500 if you're 45 or over. I bumped to 500, because I felt like my balls weren't quite as full as pre TRT. So, I feel like I'm doing better at 500iu. So, what I'm doing now is 500iu 2x per week for 4-5 weeks with 1 week off.

How much A.i.? On your HCG day?
Depending on b.f. % (which looks to be lowering in your case at a good pace)

Right now no AI as I am just on my normal TRT dose...I am in the normal test range (middle high) so I don't need it. I just set it up that way for when I do need to take an AI I am already doing something the day before my test shot so it is a habit.
BF is currently about 15%, dropped from about 28% over the last 4 months.

I dose e3.5d, 80mg test-cyp each time for 160mg a week. I do 250iu HCG the day before my test shot. Trough is in the middle to high 500s and peak is in the lower 800s. My E2 stays around 20 on the standard test.
