Thought I would share how I eat my eggs
1 whole egg + 3 egg whites scrammbled with 2 heaping tbls of dry cottage cheese + 1 Tbls pasta sauce + a splash of 1% milk (not much)
I love this it taste so good and it's full of protien awesome for people who hate eggs. I hated them too until I came up with this. Hope you guys like it.
