I do 3-4 sets of 4 of your chest exercises and get that done in 1 hour with a 2 minute rest inbetween... There is no way in hell the resf of what you have written down take you another 2 hours... BTW, yes, you are over training. 3-4 exercises per bodypart is enough.
Also, just curious.. Why do you have no decline? IMO, cut out the flat bench all togeather and do inclince bench, decline dumbell press, then next week switch, decline bench, inclined dumbell press.
