How long before you feel any benefits from P-GH?

Thats not a cheat day thats a huuuuuuuge binge brother! For me cheats are never more than 3k calories which alone costs me several days progress, you must have some wicked genetics there.

True.

The body can only absorb so much though, and Ive found it doesn't set me back any more eating this way then it would having a few cheat meals during the day. I only absorb so much of it and the rest goes right threw me. I literaly eat 10k+ calories on my cheat day. Last cheat day I had 3 pint of Ben & Jerry's on top of all the other shit I ate that day...pancakes, cookies, pizza, Mcdonalds (one mcgriddle, two sausage/egg/cheese biscuits) bout 6 creme donuts, two large apple fritters with a quart of milk, then went out to dinner and ate from soup to nuts, (I ate more shit during the day just can't remember). Has to be more 10k calories.

I find that the way I train and eat, and I can get away with that and still lean out. I do 60 minutes cardio every morning, 30 minutes at night on training days after my workout, and 60 minutes at night on off days. Sunday was my cheat day which all I did was eat and sleep. However, now I do 2 hours of cardio that day instead. I go very low carb threwout the week....off days keto, training days carbs only PW.

I found the cheat day maintained all my size and strength while dieting. I'm 5'7" 200lbs, w/ abs, totaly natural for the last 9 months.

Oh I absolutely believe you. My brother can eat like that and not put on an ounce. I hate him. ;)
 
It's not all that great because you have to eat alot just to stay the same size let alone build muscle. I would rather gain muscle easily and have it harder to burn fat because I could iron it out with T3, clen, and ephedra. I may not be able to continue to take test because of the hairloss and I wouldn't be taking test if that wasn't so, the side effects of the aforementioned I would take any day. I hate hair,lol.
 
I"ve been on it for about 5 weeks now. Dosing at .25ml 2x a day 5 on 2 off. I've also noticed that I sleep better-less waking up in the middle of the night and so forth.
Don't know about an elevated sense of well-being, but I do notice that I'm lowering body fat more quickly than ever before. And I don't do that much cardio. Maybe 15 minutes each day. My carbs are generally kept pretty low during the week, and I haven't changed my diet so that I could better judge if its the P-GH or not. I tend to think that it is.
One thing that was discussed on one of the boards that may have some merit is that I find if I inject on a totally empty stomach, the side effects are much more pronounced. i.e. shortness of breath, tingling, metallic taste, etc. If the sides are much more pronounced, maybe the effectiveness is increased. It was suggested that higher blood sugar levels at the time of injection might be an inhibiting factor. Less carbs, better results. Or at least that was what I got from the post.
