How long does it take for an abscess/infection to show up?

So last Monday the 13th I pinned my left delt, it went fine very little pip and on Wednesday it felt like I never even pinned it. So yesterday the 18th I woke up with a little discomfort and just thought I may of slept on it wrong, well today it still feels the same as yesterday. Can't really see any redness although the whole delt has a red and black tattoo on it. Doesn't really look any bigger than my right delt. Feels just as warm as my right delt, my body is always pretty warm anyway. Does this sound like symptoms of an abscess or infection?

Different folks diff jab s diff time but if after say 3-5 day s it s hot, getting hotter and more painful...may need to throw some Omoxi cylin or other anti B s at it.

3-5 days from now? Or after the pin? How do you get Amoxicillin? From a doctor?
