How long to restore E2 level after crashing it with Aro?

I Know it can be pretty fast to restore Estradiol level after crashing it with arimidex, but with a suicidal aromatase like Aro, how long can it take to get back to normal?

I'm on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), felt great but my E2 was high so I jumped on the Aro because everybody say estro need to be low. After a while, felt like shit and got bloodwork done. E2 is at 10 ( around 7x times lower than when I felt great) ( Test was as high as it was before when I felt great). No libido, always tired, depress, etc.

It's been a week since I stopped taking Aromasin and I still feel like shit. How long can it take to go back to normal?

A while. I killed my estro with Letrozole in 10 days @ 100 mcg daily. A full week after discontinuing use from being bedridden, it was still 2 pg/mL.

You mean you felt so much like shit you couldn't get out of bed? Sound fukin painful, but not hard to believe. I feel like jumping of the bridge at 10, can't imagine how it must felt at 2.

How much time would you say it took you to feel a lil bit more normal? Around a month?

yeah, couldn't work, achy, lethargic, constantly popping sleeping pills to get through it. I was entirely miserable. took about 10 days to start noticing a difference, after 3 weeks I was back up and running with E2 in range. I'd rather break a few ribs than go through that again.
