How many of you guys are going bald due to AAS?

Been cycleing TEST E for months now and I've noticed rapid hair shedding. I had surgery on the back of my head almost two years ago and was diagnosed with Telogen Effluvium( Excessive hair shedding). They said it would return to normal but after two years I gave up. Now I have noticed even more shedding due to Test.

AAS will not cause hair loss. But if you are predisposed to hair loss it will speed it up. You can try fin or the rogaine stuff but if your on AAS and its in your genes to lose your hair then just embrace it and shave it. Take a look at all the pros in Body building and see ho many still have hair. Some compounds are worse than others but for the most part if its in your genes and you go on AAS its a losing battle.

its a genetics thing..If baldness runs in your family aas will just speed up the process...I havent lost a single hair yet because its not in my genetics..None of my family members are bald..

This is true with other side effects as well-
Looking at the pros and all the different compounds they take
AAS causes
baldness- not that many pros are bald
Liver failure - don't see them keeling over of liver disease
Roid rage - not many getting arrested for beating their wife's to death
Brain cancer (Lyle alzedo) - not seeing this either

If your genetically pre disposed to things then things can happen, don't have to blame it on the AAS devil though

It's genetic. Some people go bald very fast on AAS. Others go bald slower or not at all. It took arnold decades for noticeable hair loss. Some guys starting looking bald in their early 20's without any AAS use.

Finasteride....works well for me

Have you thought of looking up dutasteride OP? I read some of the trials on it where they compared it to finasteride. Dutasteride worked really well and actually caused some new hair growth.

I have no experience with it, but I am looking at getting some as I am still in my twenties and going bald too.

i've spent the last 2 and a half years blasting tren and test only and my hairline is still great but then again im only 21. i havent come off for the past 2.5 years

only thing that did happen, before AAS use, my hairline was rounded and now it's more square. my older brother told me that i'm not balding and that my hairline is just maturing. i guess i'm the lucky ones

i came off 3 weeks ago, and all of my shedding stopped.

side note: im about to be living proof that taking steroids at a young age is NO DIFFERENT than steroids at the "acceptable age" (27+)

I guess my hairline is maturing because I think I've had the same hairline since hogh school. Im 25 noe and started paying attention to it the last two years. It seems higher but Im not too sure. I had a blood test done and it was confirned that I have androgenetic alopecia and telogen effluvium.

You are a complete moron. Even IF you do recover, how in the hell is that proof there is no difference? Do you have baseline values to PROVE even your own recovery? No you don't, so you won't and CAN'T know if you have recovered.

Not only this, but this is already a great deal of evidence which shows there most certainly IS an impactful difference:

Please stop spewing this crap over the forums, some poor kid is going to see it and think your misguided line of thinking is actually true.

Wtf.. You say your hair lines great, your one of the lucky ones that doesn't shed... Then u say you came off for three weeks and all your shedding stopped.

And how the hell are you about to be living proof that taking AAS at a young age is just like taking it at 27!?
The only thing you've proved is that common sense sure as shit isn't very common

This fucker was blasting test and tren at 18! Hope young guys don't read any of this fuckery and think it is smart. No way he recovers his natty test levels after tren for so long. The only people who should run at 20 years old are people dead set on becoming pros without any care for consequences, and even then many pros have started mid 20's. Everyone thinks that because Arnold started as a teen they can too, but you guys are not Arnold.

Sounds like the AAS already did some damage to his brain. He contradicted himself in the same paragraph. God help him

On a second note, trenbolone has been shown to destroy and shrink the hippocampus(memory). Test has a protective effect on neuronal cells and trenbolone is toxic to them. The stuff is HARSH on the body. Now imagine a brain that hasn't fully developed yet.

@Prince Nice links brother. I think Zyzz is a great example of why you shouldn't cycle young, not E92. That lack of control and increase in impulsivity can lead to destructive behaviors like narcotics usage, etc. The kid is a fine warning to those who would ABUSE AAS, because that's what he did.

Uhhhh, you can always glue the hair from your back to your head? I'm a fucking yeti if I don't shave constantly.

On a serious note, some folks have to make a difficult decision: hair on the noggin', or getting swole. I don't have problems with balding, but can't stand hair on my head. It just feels like a sweat sponge to me, which kind of grosses me out a lil. :wiggle:

ZYZZ had family heart problems and would spend 3 hours in a sauna at a time. That kid was probably going to die young based on his stupidity. I doubt AAS had anything to do with finishing him off, and if it did it was a minimal effect.
