Mix , Mix , Mix I am always looking for a pump in any muscle I am using rather than just the weight. Some some weeks I will go 5 x 5. Then I will go with a step effect 1 set 10 heavy, next set drop the weight do 20 reps, then raise it again and do another 10. Then the next week back to the basics with 10 reps 8 reps and down to 4.
Never had any major lifting injury, except some tennis elbow.
