ive had sus,, deca,,, oxytest 50,,,, dianabol tabs... winstrol.. aquatest.. and so on

ive had like 16 week cycles
ivebeen training for like 3 years now,,,,, with ex mr britain
not sure on statss weight 16 stone 4..
diet is tuna chicken pasta ,, 3 protein shakes a day
i no lotsof people in our gym takin like 3 ml sus 3mldeca.. and 2 ml tren a week .. plus all that and nomad growth
 
Eat more, train harder and do less gear mate, you don't need to be doing that much.

Do you do any post cycle therapy (pct) at the end of the cycles?

i have used clomid at end of cycles.....
but really i havve been told i need to up my gear to 8- 10 ml a week
 
Mate, the guy is fucking you for certain!! and don't belive what everyone says in the gym, 99% is macho bullshit, if you've said your doing 5ml, someone is going to tell you their doing 8ml.

Carry on like that and your going to damage your health. I'm 18 1/2 stone and I do only 700mg Tren E and 500mg Test, I may frontload and do some Winstrol (winny) at the end, but thats it. More important than gear is diet and training, food is the best steroid there is !!

The guy your getting gear is doing you over really !!!

How much clomid are you using at the end of the cycle?

mL means nothing. If you want to talk doses, you need to talk in mg and be specific. x mg of this, y mg of that.
 
It's not really a case of ml and mg, the guy your getting gear off is not the one who should be telling you how much to take and frankly 10ml of anything is far to much.

Your 5' 11" and 16 stone, you need to adjust your diet and /or training, not just take more and more gear. Are you also taking growth?
 
16 stones = 224 pounds, which isn't bad if he is lean.
no ime not takin growth..... plus ime not lean,... do you want me to post a picture of myself... i could do with someone makin me a good diet out,,, from breakfast to bed time... i work like 10 hours a day so hard to get the calories down.. ie 1 fifteen minute break.... 1 thirty minute break

Any idea at all how much fat you've got, your body fat percentage?

what's your diet like at the moment, what do you eat on a normal day and how much?

Whats your training like, how many times a week do you go, how long do you go for and what do you do there?

Are you currently doing any gear or anything else ?

I'm a bit confused by the 10 hour thing, is that how long you work a day ?

my diet pretty crap.. becasuse i work 10 hours a day ,,, oats to start my morning.. and protein shake.... then snack before dinner i have tuna on whole meal bread and another protein shake.. dinner time more tuna qand flap jacks.... tea time chickenfillets and veg plus another protein shake

i train like 4-5 days a week.. concentrating on 1 body part per visit the gym. training for like 1 hour per visit

ime currently takin nomad sus 3ml a week

not sure how much body fat ( WILL POST A PICTURE TOMORROW----- BUT DONT LAUGH
