How much should i take?

I want to get this straight before i do it. I'm not that great with numbers. I'll give you the break down. I'm about to do a test/deca cycle (test sustanon) I want to know how much to draw in the needle. Now its 350mg for 500ml. I want to do 250mg every 4 days. The needles i have 3ml (22 gauge).

On the needle theres obvioulsy markers where to draw the fluid to. Where would i draw it to?

Is it a little under the 1/2 maker?
